The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light with wall-to-wall windows showcasing the lush greenery outside, while a gas fireplace and Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, and Stan create the perfect cosy setting. The formal dining corner seats ten, while the chef’s kitchen offers premium appliances, ample bench space, and a butler’s pantry. Meanwhile, the undercover patio extends the living space outdoors, offering a large dining table and BBQ, surrounded by the peaceful backyard.

Head upstairs where the primary suite unfolds beyond double doors, featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in robe, and a second TV room. Step onto the spacious balcony with a second outdoor dining area and lounge seating, where filtered views of the bay peek through the peppermint trees. The primary ensuite includes a luxurious spa bath and his-and-her vanities for ultimate relaxation and convenience. The cosy second bedroom comes with a queen bed, built-in robes and an ensuite providing a serene escape. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
