NOTE: We are licensed and registered with the city. While our cottage easily accommodates 14 adults, Grand Bend has implemented Short Term Rental Rules. Due to their rules, we can only host a maximum of 10 guests over the age of 12 on the property at any one time. This includes day guests who drop by. We can accommodate an additional 4 children under the age of 12. We strictly adhere to this rule.

NOTE - our rental contract must be completed, signed and returned asap after booking. HST of 13% is applicable and will be added by VRBO to the reservation. A new TOURIST TAX of 4% was implemented by Grand Bend as of Jan 1, 2026. VRBO does not add it into their calculations. It is due to us 60 days prior to your stay.
