Curlew Lodge is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, with a granny flat option as a 3rd bedroom, (at an extra cost),1-bathroom tropical home, situated in Andreas Ave Dundee Beach. Just 1 road back from the beach, this property is surrounded by well maintained gardens and has many outdoor entertainment areas.
The house Sleeps 6 comfortably and the granny flat sleeps 3, fully air-conditioned and includes an above ground pool.
Linens are provided for your stay.

One of the many features of this property is the variety of entertainment areas around the house. Fully equipped with outdoor fans, 2 outdoor settings, large and small gas BBQs as well as a webber BBQ. Also has an above ground pool.
The breezeway between the 2nd bedroom and bathroom is equipped with a TV, chairs, table, second fridge freezer and a small chest freezer
You can enjoy the cool sea breezes while sitting on the front or back verandas enjoying the spectacular top end sunsets with a drink or two before dinner, or take a dip in the pool.
The house sleeps 6 guests comfortably, is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout and is well equipped for all your needs to have an enjoyable stay. Features include, open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you need. A large fridge freezer, microwave and modern stove & oven are also available in the kitchen.
The dining area has a 4 seater dining table and chairs.
The Living area has a large lounge with fold out double bed and TV.
The bathroom has access from both bedrooms, has a shower, vanity, toilet as well as a laundry sink & washing machine.
The very spacious main bedroom has a queen bed, 1 single with toddler bed as well as lots of cupboard storage.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed.

The granny flat consists of a double bunk bed, being a double on the bottom and single on top.

Terms and conditions:
Rental fee-$260 per night for up to six guests, in the house, with a minimum of two nights stay.
Extra Guests-Additional costs apply for extra guests of $25 per person per night, with a limit of 7 in the house.
Granny Flat can be included for up to 3 extra guests at a cost of $75/night

Damage deposit-A refundable damage deposit of $400 will apply to each booking and must be paid with the final payment, this is refunded within 7 days after the completion of your stay provided there is no damage above and beyond what is considered normal wear and tear,
Deposit-We require a deposit of $260 to hold your booking, this will be due when booking is made.
Final Payment- Final payment, including the damage deposit, (less deposit) is to be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellation-Should you need to cancel (for good reasons), we require at least two weeks prior to the date booked.
Check in time- After 2pm on the day of your arrival. An earlier check in can be arranged depending on other bookings and availability. We may require a 3pm check in if we have other guests departing the same day of your arrival.
Check out time-By 10.00am on the day of your departure. A later check out can be arranged depending on other bookings and availability.
Pets-Can be discussed when booking.
Smoking- Definitely no smoking in the house
Rules and Regulations- We do not allow camping on the property
No fireworks allowed
Do not ride any motor bikes or ATVs around the property
Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down
