Tall 11' ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light.
The space Indulge in the ultimate modern retreat at our fully renovated condo, thoughtfully designed with a sleek aesthetic and neutral tones.
The kitchen boasts premium stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and a quartz countertop, equipped with everything you need to create gourmet meals. Essential utensils for both adults and children are provided.
Unwind in the bedroom furnished with a cozy queen bed, complete with fresh linens, pillows, and an extra blanket. Stay entertained with the 55" Roku Smart TV featuring all major streaming apps. Ample cloth hangers, an iron with board, and a tower fan are also provided.
The inviting living room features a 65" Sony Smart Android TV with access to popular streaming apps. Discover a variety of games and activities suitable for all ages. The couch transforms into two single pullout beds, each with its own set of linens and pillows.
Refresh in the well-stocked bathroom, where towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and an array of amenities await.
For those in need of a productive space, our dedicated workspace features a modern desk, an office chair, and a 24" LED computer monitor.
Convenience meets cleanliness with our in-suite laundry equipped with a new washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergents and various cleaning supplies.
Enjoy personalized comfort with a separate air system and central air conditioning. Guests have full control over the temperature, and we ensure clean air between guests with regular replacement of the MERV 11 or similar air filter.
Please note that while the unit itself is fully renovated, the historic building retains some aged elements in the common areas.

Parking options include public parking meters and private parking lots in the vicinity. Street parking is free during evenings and Sundays, and the city offers 1 hour of free parking per day. Additionally, EV vehicle charging meters are conveniently located outside.

To ensure a secure environment, the building features an elevator and secured entry with surveillance cameras in the lobby. Our unit is situated on the second floor of the four-story building.
We take immense pride in maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for our guests. Therefore, we strictly prohibit parties or large gatherings on the premises. Smoking (including tobacco and weed) is not permitted indoors. In order to uphold a peaceful environment, we utilize Airbnb-approved devices to monitor noise levels & smoke at all times. Excessive noise, including during weekends, is not tolerated.

Beautiful Get Away
The apartment is a beautiful space to go and get away for a few days and relax in a city. It also had a variety of restaurants within walking and driving distance. The one drawback was having to pay for parking across the street during the stay. Overall, it was a nice experience for our anniversary getaway weekend.

Excellent Vacation Experience
The condo was 1st class. Very spacious and luxury furnished. The security at the entry door and unit doors provided us a secure feeling without having to worry about the strange neighborhood. Will definitely recommend this unit to friends.

We love the outdoors and discovering new things and places to visit. We also enjoy new foods and new experiences. We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. It's full of character and it is unique from other buildings. Since it is a historic building, it offers something different that new buildings lack. The unit offer11' Ceilings and 8' windows that bring lots of sunlight and have a very spacious and open atmosphere. The location is excellent being located in the middle of Downtown London Ontario.

As you walk out of the building, you will notice patios within 3 steps only! The area hosts many destinations including a public library and Dundas Place which offers some of London's finest dining options. The condo is located in central downtown and can be easily accessed by public transportation. As you stroll through the neighborhood, you will notice many beautiful heritage Victorian homes and historical buildings. The building is located about a 5-minute drive from Victoria Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital, Western University, RBC Place, VIA rail station, and many major destinations. And about a 10-minute drive to Highway 401 and Fanshawe College.
