Welcoming Tiny ON cottage, close to the beach

Welcome to our cottage.

The quiet neighbourhood, sandy beaches, and short drive to amenities make this an ideal escape from the city.

5 min walk to Bay access, 8 min walk to Edmore beach, 15 min drive to Wasaga Beach + Elmvale, 30 min drive to Snow Valley + Horseshoe Valley, 45 min drive to Blue Mountain.


Some house rules:
No parties, No smoking / vaping, No pets, Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am, Only registered guests are allowed.

The total number of registered guests must be confirmed prior to booking. All registered guests will be required to fill in the Tiny Township code of conduct, which will be sent electronically after booking.

We have a number of smart devices at the property for security and convenience. Here are some of our devices: smart lock (custom lock codes for the front door), Nest Protect (smoke and carbon monoxide alerting), Chromecast (includes property netflix account) and Minut (recommended noise, temperature, security and party prevention device from AirBNB https://www.airbnb.ca/d/partyprevention). All devices have privacy as a core focus. On the exterior of the building, we have a few standard security cameras and a video doorbell pointing away from the building.

Bookings between April 15 and October 15 are no less than 6 consecutive days and bookings between October 16 and April 14 are no more than 1 rental in a six-day period.
