Welcome to Notch Estates! This 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom condo is just what you have been looking for! If you are planning to spend time at Silver Dolllar City, you are only a mile away - you will even be able to hear the train whistling through the trees! You are also close to shopping and shows on Branson legendary strip. And still have the luxury of enjoying secluded views of the Ozark hills.

This condo is located in Notch Estates, a very quiet complex in the middle of over 300 acres of wooded Ozark mountains. The living room has a comfortable couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests or kids. The living room serves as the perfect spot to watch your favorite movie or unwind after a long day exploring everything Branson has to offer all while enjoying the beautiful views from the wall to wall windows. The kitchen is open to the living room, so no one is left out, and has everything you need to cook what you love. The private bedroom has a brand new king size bed with luxury linens that our guests love. The unit has ample closet space, TVs in the living room and bedroom, and of course free wifi. The unit is up a flight and a half of stairs with plenty of parking in front of the building.

Being so close to Silver Dollar City is perfect for taking advantage of early morning hours. You are also just minutes away from the dazzle of shows, a variety of lake docks and marinas, and the many activities that await you in Branson, MO. Notch Estates has 2 pools on site, one large pool and another smaller pool with zero entry access, a great place to hang out with little ones. There is also a playground and basketball goal. There is also a coin laundry facility on the grounds of the complex. To top it all off, there are hiking trails around the property. You can bring your fishing poles and hike down in the valley to a great little catch and release fishing lake.

Didn't meet a host but directions were clear. The place was basically clean except for the shower - a fair amount of hair was on the shower floor (5" black hair) like it hadn't even been cleaned. The bed and couch were comfortable. It would have been nice to have hooks in the bathroom for the hand towel and for clothes when showering. Unfortunately, not having a dishwasher meant dishes weren't clean. I had to wash 2 plates, some forks, and a bowel before using. I felt I needed to check and rewash anything I wanted to use.

There was great communication and easy access to the property. I'm used to most properties having more in the kitchen, basic spices, something to scrub dishes and a better way to dry dishes, but I made it work. The carpet in the bedroom is in need of replacement, and the blinds broke in one window as they too were very old and worn. A nice unit and good property overall but could be great with some basic adds.

Very clean and quiet. Close enough to attractions but far enough away to enjoy the peace & quiet. Swim pool was exceptional. Will definitely stay here next time we visit!

Better than expected

The property is better than listed. It has a beautiful new walk in shower, a comfortable chair next to the couch and an extra night stand. It would have been nice to have a light on the night stand. The condo is quiet and has all the comforts of home. We did walk down to the lake. It is maybe a 1/3 mile, but it is steep. It was worth it.

We had a great stay, got some work done (good internet), and went to Silver Dollar City. Our nephew stayed with us one night, too. Would definitely stay again.

Cute condo

The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was fun looking out over the Ozarks. We did hear the train horn from Silver Dollar City. This is perfect for 2 people. Very nice quiet area! We enjoyed our stay.

Vacation at Branson

The property was clean and comfortable, the fishing pond was not an easy path to get to and the building was having construction done on it for a few days so it was a little noisy but overall enjoyed the stay

It was as advertised

Nice, clean, top floor condo with a balcony overlooking a secluded valley. Reasonably quiet. Air conditioner worked well and kept us cool even though it was over 90 degrees while we were there. I might recommend room darkening curtains in the bedroom to block the light in the parking lot. We hung a blanket over the curtains and that did the trick. About 12 minutes or so northwest of the strip in Branson. Close but still far enough away to feel secluded. Would have no problem staying in this condo again if we return to Branson in the future.

Great place to stay!!

Perfect location out of all the busyness! Had everything we needed, was clean, beds were comfortable. Host left us a nice little snack basket as well. There was some close restaurants near the rental and a store if you need anything. This rental has all the things you would want! Would definitely recommend it to others! Quite yet close to Solver Dollar City and all other attractions in Branson! Great host!

Mini Vacation

First time staying with Vrbo. Will do this again. Was convenient to everywhere we visited. Easy to get to and very quiet. Laundry facility in neighborhood was locked, wasn’t sure if was part of facilities. Awesome place.

Trip to Branson

Very well kept and quiet. A residential type atmosphere. Clean with all the amenities. We came to Branson to "soak up" the Christmas spirit. It was cold weather, we entered the property and were met with a lit Christmas tree and a warm cozy temporary home. Excellent experience. This is our second trip to stay in one of the Notch estate Condos.

Nice. Meet our needs.

We had some trouble getting in, but a quick phone call to the number provided solved the problem. I would suggest heavier curtains on the bedroom window to block the light from the porch lighting. I loved sitting on the deck and seeing the fall colors. Perfect place to watch the sunrise. Afternoon deck sitting was trickier b/c the wasps came out to play.
