Una villa independiente con piscina y jardín mediterráneo, este hotel es perfecto para aquellos que buscan un lugar de vacaciones en un entorno tranquilo con fácil acceso a las actividades culturales y deportivas.

¡TENGA EN CUENTA! La villa se puede alquilar como una propiedad de cinco dormitorios con 2 cocinas y baños (1.900-2.700 euros, mín. 2/3 semanas) o como una de tres dormitorios, 1 propiedad bathroomed, con un precio por debajo (con apartamento independiente de dos habitaciones para el uso de los propietarios).

La villa está situada en una tranquila zona residencial en la colina con vistas al pueblo de St Gély du Fesc. El centro del pueblo está a poca distancia a pie (10 minutos) y Montpellier se encuentra a poca distancia en coche (15 minutos al centro). Además del campo de golf de 18 hoyos, también hay un parque de ciervos de 80 hectáreas situada a 200 metros por la misma carretera.

Hay una gran sala de estar con chimenea con vigas vistas a la terraza y piscina (11m x 5m), un comedor contiguo y cocina totalmente equipada. Una segunda terraza ofrece una barbacoa incorporada.

Perfect family vacation

Well-equipped, spacious house in a calm neighbourhood. Friendly hosts that offered a lot of suggestions and made us feel very welcome. There are plenty possibilities to spend your time if you want to be active, but also the chance to relax at the pool or the georgious beaches nearby. We as a family of six enjoyed our stay very much!

We really enjoyed our holiday! It was a lovely villa & pool within a short walk to a village with market & restaurants which was perfect. The owners were so helpful and advised us on everything. It even had a pool table, table tennis, washing machine and a big fridge that dispensed ice. The only thing we needed was aircon; it was very hot in August.

Relaxing Summer Holiday

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks here relaxing and soaking up the summer sun. We had a 14 and 16 year old who loved the pool, pool table, table tennis and WIFI. The villa was in easy reach of the centre of the village for bread for breakfast with plenty of supermarkets nearby. Claire and Phil were very good hosts and are there if needed. It's an ideal location for visiting Montpellier, the beach and other tourist attractions. Thanks for a lovely holiday!!

Het is een heel fijn huis.

Het is een prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving. Ruime kamers en prima badkamer. Hier en daar heeft het wel wat onderhoud nodig, maar dat ging de verhuurder aanpakken. Zwembad is helemaal super. Ik zou het zeker aanraden voor een gegarandeerd fijn verblijf

Erholung mit guten Ausflugszielen

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr sauber. Man kann draussen wunderbar im beschatten Teil Nachtessen. Der Pool ist gross und das Wasser war immer einwandfrei sauber. Es hat genügend und bequeme Liegen. Das Haus liegt oberhalb einer Strasse, der Verkehrslärm ist bescheiden und das Grundstück ist rundherum grün und somit von neugierigen Blicken gut geschützt. Als Ausflugsziele können wir Aigues Mortes, Sète, Montepellier und den Wasserfall mit herrlicher Bademöglichkeit (vor 10h dort sein!) in der Nähe von Saint-Laurent-le-Minier empfehlen.

Fantastic holiday home!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this house in August. The house is well equipped and in a calm location. The pool and view are fantastic and there's lots to keep the children occupied (pool table, table tennis,..). The region also has a lot to offer: we especially enjoyed the canoeing down the beautiful Herault gorges. Claire and Phil are great hosts, very welcoming, with lots of tips on places to visit. All in all we had a perfect holiday!

Amazing House with beautiful pool!

Fabulous house and pool situated in a lovely village just north of Montpelier. Easy reach into Montpelier by tram and kayaking close by! House and pool were amazing and very well equipped with lovely views. The owners are lovely and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Wunderschöne Tage am Pool

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Alles war perfekt, von der herzlichen Begrüssung, über die nüzlichen Tips bis hin zur Abreise. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern und wir haben es genau so angetroffen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war toll, beste Aussicht auf das lokale 14. Juli Feuerwerk. Am meisten genossen wir die Zeit am Pool, der wirklich gross und gepflegt war. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Great stay in beautiful villa

We had a lovely week in this villa. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped for self-catering. We enjoyed using the pool, table tennis table and pool table. There are also a number of lovely outside spaces to sit in the shade or sun. The location was perfect for visiting the beach, Nimes and Pont du Gard, Pic St Loup and the spectacular Grotte des Demoiselles. Good local bakery and great restaurant at the golf club (5 mins walk).

Mooie woning in rustige, nette omgeving

We hebben als gezin een prachtige week in dit mooie huis verbracht en waren rondom tevreden. Het huis komt overeen met de afbeeldingen die te zien zijn op de site. Het is schoon een heeft een warme, aangename sfeer. Prima onderhouden. Mooie architectuur met een smaakvolle, moderne inrichting. Tv met Engelse zenders. Van het zwembad werd vaak gebruik gemaakt. Fijne ligstoelen en loungemogelijkheden bij de pool zijn aanwezig. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ze gaven ons leuke tips voor uitstapjes in de buurt. De locatie is prima voor zowel uitstapjes naar Montpellier en/ of strand of de andere richting meer landinwaarts. We zouden dit huis zonder twijfel weer gaan boeken, bij een verblijf in de buurt van Montpellier en kunnen dit huis dus ook gerust aan andere reizigers aanbevelen.

sehr schönes haus in bester lage

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht bei dem alles gepasst hat.Sehr schöner und sauberer Pool mit bequemen Liegen und einer sehr schönen Terrasse. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben einige Tips zu Ausflügen gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren.Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, grosses Bad und bequeme Betten. Bis Montpellier ist es ein Katzensprung ,sehr gute park and ride Möglichkeiten.Tolles Land ,super Umgebung ,nette Leute.Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.Zur Freude unseres 15 jährigen Sohnes wurde auch der Billardtisch täglich genutzt.Sehr gutes wifi vorhanden.In St.Gely ist leider nicht so viel geboten, für jemand der Ruhe mag optimal.Vielleicht kommen wir sogar mal wieder.Liebe Grüsse von Familie Seitz

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit ist dieser Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch Pool und Garten waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten in der Umgebung viele abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge machen - ob Strand, Flüsse, Städte - es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Für unsere Kinder war der tolle Pool jeden Tag das Highlight. Sie konnten gar nicht genug davon bekommen. Wir haben besonders den schönen Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genossen. Der perfekte Ausklang für einen erlebnisreichen Tag. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war von Anfang an sehr nett. Wir haben Claire und Philip als sehr herzlich, angenehm und hilfsbereit erlebt. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Claire und Philip - herzlichen Dank, dass Ihr uns so nett aufgenommen habt. Wir wünschen Euch noch viele tolle Mieter!

Lovely property - plenty of space for 6

The comfortable 3 bedroom villa is nicely laid out - we were able to use the space without invading the privacy of our companions. There is one bathroom but two toilets and we had no issues at all. Our adult children enjoyed the snooker, table tennis and DVDs on offer. The wi-fi access also worked well. The owners were very welcoming and helpful even though we were early arriving. Ask for rectangular pillows if you are UK based - we didn't have any square pillowcases! There is plenty to do in the area - we took advantage of the nearby (hilly) golf course, went to Montpellier for a day via tram, climbed Pic St Loup cycled from Montpellier centre to the beach. There are some good restaurants within 15 minutes drive and lunch at the golf club is very good. We also spent some time lounging by the pool - just what a holiday is about really. it was a long drive from the UK but definitely worthwhile.

Très belle villa dans une région à découvrir

Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Une région ou il y a tant de choses à voir ou à faire entre la mer et les prémices des Cevennes. Saint Gely est un village agréable ou l'on y trouve tous les commerces nécessaires....et Montpellier n'est qu'à quelques minutes. Pour les jours de repos, vous apprécierez la villa très agréable et totalement conforme à l'annonce et à ses photos : un large salon ouvert sur la terrasse surplombant la piscine, cette dernière étant très appréciée des petits et des grands compte-tenu du climat local. Une villa bien équipée et bien entretenue qui permet également d'apprécier les soirées. Et pour couronner le tout, des propriétaires super hospitaliers et sympas mais aussi très discrets. N'hésitez pas. Nous la recommanderons à nos amis.

Durchs Internet sind wir auf das schöne Haus gestossen und haben dort eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Die Beschreibung ist sehr gut, uns hat das Haus noch besser gefallen als im Netz beschrieben. Es ist sauber und gut ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Pool ist klasse, ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und wir haben jeden Tag nach unseren Ausflügen das kühle Nass genossen. Überaus nette Vermieter, die haben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Die Zimmereinteilung passte für uns mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 großen Kindern optimal, die schöne große Terasse und das Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind für 6 Personen (oder auch mehr) ausreichend groß. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir von St. Gely aus gut die Gegend erkunden konnten, vom Pont du Gard über Avignon und die Wanderungen in der näheren Umgebung mit malerischen kleinen französischen Dörfern und dem Duft von Lavendel, Thymian und Rosmarin überall. Nach Montpellier und zum Meer ist es auch nicht sehr weit, dennoch ist ein Auto ganz praktisch, da die Busse nicht so oft fahren. Ins Ort geht man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss, das Haus liegt etwas über dem Dorf, so hat man einen schönen Ausblick und Sonnenuntergang, allerdings geht's beim Rückweg dann schön bergauf. Im Ort bekommt die wichtigsten Sachen, es gibt Bäckereien und einige kleine Läden, auch zweimal pro Woche einen kleinen Markt mit regionalen Produkten. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben eine tolle Urlaubswoche dort verbracht !!!

Idyllic Holiday

We spent one week in July in this wonferful Villa. We have 3 boys aged 9, 7 and 4. They had a fantastic time especially in the large pool. The house itself was very clean and well equipped. The only disappointment was that we couldnt stay for longer. There is plenty to do and see locally but we were very happy to stay around the house and relax by the pool. If we had had another week we would have explored more. Claire and Philip were extremely helpful whenever we needed them. I would recomment this villa without reservation. Malgre la chaleur accablante, nous avons passe une semaine fantastique parce que nous avions la piscine pour nous baigner et nous rafraichir tout au long de la journee. Nous en avons tous profite un maximum et c'etait dur de repartir. Nous aurions pu faire beaucoup plus d'activites touristiques mais la villa et le jardin etaient tellement agreables que nous n'avons aucun regret d'avoir passe une semaine a ne rien faire. Le quartier etait tres tranquille et nous avons adore aller a pied jusqu'au village et faire le marche. Cette villa est l'endroit ideal pour des vacances de detente en famille.

A lovely, well-situated villa

The villa and location were excellent, with lots to see and do in the area. The villa was clean and well-maintained, well equipped and the owners very helpful. The village is a stroll away down the hill and there are large supermarkets nearby to buy provisions. There are beautiful towns and villages nearby and wonderful natural scenery as well as lovely beaches. The main villa does only have one bathroom and a second toilet - that's the only aspect of the property that disappointed. (We had understood two bathrooms from reading the details). Would definitely recommend the villa to others - the pool is superb!
