Vacation Paradise

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This is our second time renting this house. We will be renting it again in 2025. There are four adults in our group. The living quarters are very spacious. The kitchen has the necessary sundry items that allowed us to prepare meals. Although there was no Keurig machine. The toaster is a two slice toaster which is someone a hindrance with more than two people. But it is doable. If you enjoy cooking, the outdoor kitchen is definitely a bonus. I pretty much use the griddle throughout our entire stay. Since hurricane Ian, the icemaker in the outdoor kitchen has gone missing. Would be nice to have a nice maker again.Lanai with its picture frame screening, gives a great view of the lake. I just wish the landscapers would trim the hedges against the lanai screening shorter so you can enjoy the view while you’re sitting at the dining table. The pool and spa are great. Lots of room for floating. Since our first visit, the wash machine has been replaced with a speed queen, which I consider to be a bonus since I already own one.The homeowner has certainly invested in a quality home entertainment system. It is somewhat a learning curve, but once you master it, you will enjoy all the components.Sanibel Holiday was very accommodating and picking up our trash since the house had a very small garbage container in the garage. Another wish, buy at least two large trash containers that would accommodate six guests for the week.All in all, it was a great experience with the house and with Sanibel Holiday.
