4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Elevated & Modern Home - Sweeping views + Free Wifi!

THIS fresh and modern elevated home features views over the city of Port Lincoln out to the blue of Boston Bay. The front balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy summer breezes. An open-plan area has reverse cycle air conditioning and opens to the balcony via sliding doors. A free-standing bath in the main bathroom is a great place to soak away the day. Sleeps nine guests. Portacot available. Free wifi.

There is a spacious open plan area at the front of the home which provides the lounge room, kitchen, and dining area. This opens via large sliding doors to the roomy deck out the front. There are lovely views available from the front of the home, looking out over the city and to the blue ocean beyond. The balcony is a great spot to just relax, feel the breeze, and watch the world go by.

The open plan area has a reverse cycle air conditioner. There is a comfy lounge in front of a 50" plasma television. A large fridge with a freezer has lots of room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, glass cooktop, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and a variety of pots, pans, servers, utensils, crockery, and cutlery. We provide complementary tea, coffee, and basic pantry items.

There are four bedrooms in total. The first bedroom has a double bed and small television. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two singles plus another single bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The fourth bedroom, the master bedroom, has a walk-in robe and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite has a glass-enclosed shower, vanity, and second toilet. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a space heater, plus extra blankets.

The main bathroom has a free-standing bath with overhead shower. The toilet is separate and there is a powder room style vanity.

There is parking available for two cars. The yard is currently not enclosed. This house was built in 2016, relatively new. There are modern fixtures and fittings throughout.

Self-check-in is available and I am only a phone call away if guests need any assistance during their stay.

We also rent the three-bedroom cottage next door which sleeps nine. Both properties may be ideal for a large group or several families to holiday together! The cottage is titled "Cosy and Cheeful three bedroom cottage with sea views & wifi - pets welcome!".
