Experience thrilling adventures and peaceful scenery with a getaway at Lodges 1138, a Mammoth Lakes home nestled near Snowcreek Golf Course and less than a mile from restaurants, shops, and parks in Downtown Mammoth Lakes. This mountain retreat comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Family-friendly activities include skiing, mountain biking, scenic gondola rides, and more at Mammoth Mountain, or head to Crystal Lake for hiking trails. After an action-packed day, guests will love swapping stories around the wood-burning fireplace, sipping drinks on the balcony, or relaxing in the community hot tub.

Dark wood floors seamlessly connect the spacious main-level great room, where guests can gather for board games, cocktails, and meals. Homemade meals are a breeze with the chef’s kitchen’s high-end appliances and ample counter space. When the weather’s warm, slip out to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony’s 4-person alfresco table. For convenience, there is a laundry room off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer.

Up in the second-level loft are 2 full beds and a private bathroom for youthful guests or those who don’t mind sharing space.

Easily explore with parking for 1 vehicle or use the free town shuttle stop outside the complex. For skiing, visit Mammoth Mountain’s Eagle Lodge (6 minutes), Canyon Lodge (9 minutes), or Main Lodge (13 minutes). Book today!

Spacious, beautiful property. Lots of natural light. Great development. Pictures don’t give the full picture of just how spacious the accommodations are. Both bedrooms are large with large en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets. The loft has a full bathroom and two full size beds.

The townhome is outstanding, but BEWARE, there is no air conditioning and there were no screens on the windows. Upon arrival, the home was nearly 85 degrees, which made it quite uncomfortable and without screens, it is not feasible to open the windows to help cool things down. The management company was very disappointing and very slow to respond. They were, however, quick to note that the property listing did state that there was no air conditioning, and, after reading through the listing again, I did find that note, ant the very bottom (and I mean VERY BOTTOM) of the listing. I didn’t, however find anything that stated there were no screens on the windows, and it took the management company nearly 24 hours to show up to “address the screen issue“. Rather than spend the night sweating, we found some screens stored in the garage and spent the better part of 90 minutes installing what screens we could. On top of the screen issue, the sheets on in the primary room were soiled (gross), and once again, it took the management company the better part of a day, with multiple calls, to show up with clean sheets. Sadly, if the management company was doing there job, this would be a FIVE STAR location.

Awesome Place!

Great place in close proximity to the village and multiple areas to take advantage of.Massive snow storm hit Mammoth a few hours after our family arrived. They did a great job clearing the roads, sidewalks and driveways in the community. We learned it was all taken care of by the HOA. So this was great! Pros:-Great and quick communications with host-Plenty of space for family of 5 with 2 bedrooms, 1 loft and 3.5 baths- Awesome location- Amazing response from team during snow storm (covered by HOA)- Clean!! - Plenty of firewood for fireplaceCons:-No beach towels for the shared hot-tub -Larger TV with better sound would have been nice for family movie night in living room Family and I had a great trip, we were thankful to arrive right before the massive snow storm hit the mountain. Would be more than willing to stay here again in the future! Thank you!Hutchisons'

Can't Wait to Return!

The unit was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. The extra touches- toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc, were very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and common areas were very inviting. Kitchen was EXTREMELY well appointed! Would happily return here.

Beautiful home

The house was absolutely gorgeous! It was well appointed and extremely clean. It was also very large which we loved. The kids loved being able to play in the snow and sled right outside. My only gripes were that the ice maker didn't work and the parking/garage situation wasn't clear. Considering it was in the 30's when we were there, the lack of an ice maker wasn't a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to have. Other than that, our stay was lovely.

A wonderful Mammoth Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean & was well-equipped for our cooking needs. The management company was hard to get a hold of but I suspect it was due to the holiday season and they were inundated with calls. The house fit our family of 6 comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home

Beautiful home. One of the best equipped homes we have ever stayed in. Everything needed for cooking plus extra blankets, pillows and supplies. Quick drive to eagle lodge and village. Easiest check in and check out ever! Would definitely recommend!

Young parents back in the snow

We were 2 young families with 2 toddlers who's aim was to enjoy the snow and some snowboarding once again. We accomplished both goals and the home was lovely.

Awesome place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here…. We will be booking this place as soon as possible to stay for a spring skiing trip this year (hopefully) and definitely next year for our annual trip to Mammoth.
