I was surprised that this place got such great reviews. There are quite a few issues that we had while staying at this residence. It boasts of having an elevator as one of it's amenities. It was broken for move in and fixed two days later. There are six flights of stairs in this unit. We had three suitcases at max weight to carry up the flights of stairs after getting in from a night flight. There were three separate codes needed for the gate, garage door and entrance to the unit. Why not make it all the same code? There was also a separate code for the elevator if it would have been in operation. This unit would work well for an extended family, but having one single family, everyone was spread out. The kitchen is on the 4th level. The rooftop had not been cleaned and there are alcoholic beverage cans and glasses on the tables and on the ground next to the chaise lounge chairs. We did not use this level, but were surprised it hadn't been addressed. On the third day a group of 8 came to use the pool that were not from one of the shared units. My family and I were not comfortable going until they left, but my 19 year old daughter went down and asked where they were from and they changed the subject. They were taking up all seven lounge chairs and she asked if she could have one as they were all in the pool. They stayed until around 3pm. Where they came from or how they got in were beyond me.We will not be returning.
