Freshly painted and furnished, this beach house is cosy and comfortable sleeping up to 3 families and has all the amenities and luxuries so you feel at home. Relax and enjoy the views on the outdoor balcony while sipping a glass of wine. Only a 5 minute drive to the town centre and 90 mile beach.

The space
This beach house is clean and comfortable and offers all the luxuries of home. It is an open plan design with the lounge, dining and kitchen. The dining suite is for 6 people. This leads out to the outdoor dining and BBQ where you can kick back and enjoy the view.

The kitchen is very functional which comprises of fridge, microwave, oven & cook top, pantry and has everything that a kitchen needs. It is well stocked up with cooking utensils and the pantry has items for your enjoyment.

Fully fenced and spacious front yard for kids to run around or kick a footy.

Rear side access to the backyard for boat parking. There are 3 boat ramps which are approximately 5 minutes away.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property except the garage.

Other things to note
Linen is supplied at this property for the confirmed number of registered guests. Linen includes bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels and bath mat. Beds are prepared with pillows, doonas and spare blankets. Guests to supply their own beach towels.

We have made our beach house cosy and comfortable for your stay. In return we ask that you respect our home and this is not a party house.

Bins are emptied every Tuesday morning.
