Big house, great location

We had a lovely stay at this property! The house is spacious with lots of amenities, and it was perfectly located for our stay. We were especially glad to have off-street parking and two full bathrooms available to us!

Great

House was within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and parks. Overall our family trip was fun! We were able to cook big family meals. Place was nice.

Bring toilet paper!

House was nice itself but it came with no sheets, no toilet paper, and had ants all over the kitchen cabinets.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your stay. It is unfortunate that the guest did not read the information as to what is supplied and what needs to be supplied. This guest declined the optional linen rental package when the booking was confirmed over the phone.

The house was clean and in a great location with plenty of easy parking. We loved that it was pet-friendly and had a yard. The outside trash was completely overflowing in a huge heap in the front yard from the previous renters. Most of it was unbagged and covered in flies and blowing down the road. I would think that the rental company's turnover cleaners would have addressed that. It stayed like that for all three days that we were there, which wasn't exactly the view that we were hoping for on vacation. It could use a handyman service. An outlet next to the bed doesn't work, the backdoor deadbolt only spins and doesn't lock, the toilet doesn't flush unless you hold the handle, and the shrubs are so overgrown that it was hard to open the car doors in the driveway. There was a lot of room, and we would probably stay there again for functionality, but not for beauty.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the home's cleanliness, location, parking, and pet-friendly features. We sincerely apologize for the overflowing trash and maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we understand how the trash accumulation and property condition impacted your vacation. Your comments regarding the outlet, door lock, toilet, and overgrown landscaping have been shared with the property owner and our maintenance team for review and correction. We appreciate your constructive feedback, as it helps us improve both the property and our services. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we're glad to hear you would consider returning in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience on your next visit.

Unfortunately the picture shown on the site does not match how the home looks now. The grass had not been mowed and the shrubbery has taken over the front of the house. The stay was okay because we didn't stay at the house much.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your stay. We appreciate your business. The grass is mowed each week, and there was an unusual amount of rain during that time period, resulting in faster growth. We welcome you back to OC anytime!

Perfect location! Everything was in walking distance or a bus ride away. Definitely could use some TLC with the lawn. Overgrown trees and bushes taking over porch that made it difficult to load and unload car. Simple fix though. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Acceptable

The outside trashcan was full and there was no hose The mini split in the efficiency was leaking bad but someone came out pretty quickly and fixed it The place should have curtains as the blinds were damaged and lots of light comes in

Nice place some items needed to be cared for

Grass was not mowed, weeds grown high near front grill tank was empty not sure if we were to fill it. Some ants in back bathroom 2 wood pieces covering openings underneath building. Can openers were rusted. Nice area to stay, quiet. Close to beaches, shops, play area. Nice area to walk your pet.

Cruizin Weekend.

The house was a great location. Not to far to walk or ride bikes to get to the boardwalk. Loved that there is a seperate little apartment with king size bed and my own bathroom. That was really nice since it was me my husband two of our guy friends. The only thing I didn't like was no washer and dryer and the kind bed was a bit hard for my liking. Other then that is was great really enjoy all the room there. Would diffently stay again.
