Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the pool and patio.

Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the pool/dining area.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M - No parties or events allowed.

Free parking is available on the property for 4 cars. No boats or trailers.

No smoking inside the house. A $500 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.

The pool fence can be installed or removed upon request.
The pool is heated and the thermostat is automatically set to 85 degrees. The thermostat should not be touched or used by any guest. Any signs of tampering will result in a $750 fine. Please reach out if you need assistance.

Awesome Property in Boca

Our family had a great time at this property in Boca Raton. Excellent location. Close enough to the highway to get anywhere quickly, but a quiet neighborhood. The hose was clean and well-appointed. The pool was clean and heated as advertised. We did have a couple of interactions with the property manager and they were friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Boca Raton!

Short Boca stay

This was a long weekend to help get my son settled into FAU. We had family meet us there and there was enough room for them too. We spent most of our time in the pool! Convenient to everything. Super clean.

The kids had a blast wanting to know if this was our FLA house now. We had a shower issue and the guy was there in no time to fix it. Eva was such a great help to me

Lovely home, good location. Would definitely stay there again. Only complaint was that we asked if we could check out at 1 pm instead of required 10 am check out time. (no new renters coming in). We were charged $50 for the extra 3 hours.

Another Great Stay!

This was our second time staying at this property which speaks to the quality of the home & its location. Location: For us it’s perfect. We are usually in town for follow ups with our physicians or for business. Everything is extremely close. From great restaurants to groceries and fitness facilities , it’s all very close. The neighbors were extremely nice & welcoming which isn’t always the case with short term rentals. The Home:Just like the first time we stayed, the home was spotless, tastefully furnished & everything works. It’s a joy to stay here. Best of all, it’s pet friendly. We travel everywhere with our small dog & it’s tough to find a really nice home that’s pet friendly. Area For Improvement:Both times we’ve stayed there’s been a short snafu with the door code lol - That said, both times the host was reachable & resolved it within minutes. Overall:As long as they’ll have us, this is our spot! Lovely home & location.

Overall good experience

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was great and the house is about 10 minutes from the beach. The noise from planes flying overhead was at times disruptive. The location is very close to Boca Raton airport. The neighborhood is otherwise quiet. We also found the air freshener very irritating and the smell overwhelming. The house manager was very responsive though and our family had a nice time.

Communicating with management was excellent. The neighborhood is ok and seems safe and pretty tidy. The pool area was not so great. The pool takes up nearly all of the outdoor area and is surrounded by a safety fence. Not a pretty sight. The pool itself has a lamp hanging by a wire and the filtration system did nothing to keep the green algae from forming over the week I stayed. For these reasons, I did not use the pool. On the plus side, the house is very clean and nicely appointed with modern furnishings. The linens are fresh and seem new. There are lots of towels. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, etc but no toaster is provided. That was a disappointment. All in all the place is very corporate in feel and generally well-equipped.

Terrific Location in Boca

My wife and I needed to be in Boca for a couple weeks because of an elective surgery she was having with Dr. Jacob Steiger. We wanted to be close to the office and close to friends we have in the area. Additionally, we hired a RN to stay with for a couple of days during her recovery. We were not looking for a beachfront vacation home this time. Location, cleanliness, safety & amenities were important to us. This home could not have worked out better! It's actually nicer than it even appears on VRBO. The home is beautifully renovated and decorated. It was spotless, had a well appointed kitchen and even has a guest suite complete with it's own kitchenette / living space. This was perfect for our nurse but would be ideal for families who travel with a caregiver. My wife was limited in her ability to be mobile for the first couple of days. They basically just wanted her to rest and watch TV. The home came complete with excellent high speed internet, smart TV's as well as cable TV. She was able to stream while I worked without any issues. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and located within 3-5 minutes of everything we needed for the entire two weeks. We would absolutely stay here again. The only minor hiccup we had was at check-in but it was resolved quickly and pleasantly. Kudos to the owners. Thanks for a terrific experience.

Birthday celebration

This was a lovely home. We enjoyed ourselves immensely so much so that we didn't even watch TV. Having the pool was nice as the outdoor area was very comfortable. The weather was very windy so we wound up spending more time at the house and not at the beach. Everything worked well . It would have been nice to have something to clean the tables with like windex and some microfibre cloth. Otherwise it was perfect.
