Perisher- Family-sized Stand-alone Chalet.. the Perfect Place to Stay On-snow
This unique, spacious, self-contained modern 3-level stand-alone family-sized chalet is set up with everything you need for your stay on-snow in Perisher. It is suitable for a family, a stay with friends, or couples.
The chalet has 3 large bedrooms (one bedroom on each level of the house) - each with either 1x queen bed or 2x single beds. It has 3 bathrooms/ensuites with showers, full modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge/freezer and appliances, dining table to seat 8 people, comfortable lounge room with fireplace and TV, wifi, balcony with a BBQ, ski storage area, drying room/laundry with dryer. All tiled floors have underfloor heating and lounge and bedrooms have carpets. The Chalet has 3 levels and is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Make the most of your visit to Perisher - and go skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, touring, snowshoeing, toboganning or simply enjoy the local Perisher après bars and restaurants - a short walk away. Ski down to the Quad Express Chairlift in the morning and head out to the slopes. (Toboggans available for use).
The Chalet 4 @1750m is located at Pipit Place, is part of a group of 5 chalets, and is the front right-hand chalet. It has keypad entry and looks north over the Perisher Centre. It is close to all amenities in Perisher. Guests will have access to the entire house. Follow us on Instagram for updates at "perisherchalet4_1750m" or on Facebook at "Perisher Chalet 4 at 1750m".
Please note: During the snow season, there is no overnight parking in Perisher and no parking is available onsite. You are able to access Perisher Car park to offload luggage etc, and then catch Oversnow service to the chalet. However, access to the chalet is best via catching the Ski Tube from Bullock's Flat (where free long term parking is available) to Perisher. Guests using the ski tube will need to purchase a Skitube return ticket to access Perisher Valley. Luggage trolleys are available at each terminal and staff will help access the train and platform. Once you have arrived at the Perisher Ski Tube terminal, you will then then need to catch the Oversnow service from the Ski Tube to the chalet (approx 5 min trip).
During the off-snow season, parking is available at the base of the group of Chalets. National Park Entry fees apply to all vehicles.

Non-winter Activities available around Perisher include: Cycling around Perisher Valley or to Charlotte Pass; Bushwalking and hiking in the National Park; Fishing; Photography and paining of wildflowers and wildlife; High altitude sports training.

We are a snow loving family who have spent a lot of time at the snow - both at Perisher, Thredbo and the Victorian resorts - skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing also. The kids have grown up coming to the snow each winter and feel that it is their second home. We have recently purchased Chalet 4 and invite you to stay at our beautiful spacious family-sized chalet in Perisher Valley.
Chalet 4 offers panoramic views across the valley ski slopes and ready access to the village.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
I have always loved Perisher Valley since I was a little girl first learning to ski. I love the wide open ski trails, the four Perisher resort areas available to ski (Perisher, Blue Cow, Smiggins and Guthega). You can ski somewhere different every day - or go back to the favourite runs over and over.
The peace and quiet of the Perisher XC (cross country) trails from the Nordic Shelter is also unique, or put on some snowshoes and hike to Porcupine Rocks to be treated to panoramic views of the Main Range. Climb up the large boulders and enjoy the spectacular views to Thredbo River Valley and Bullocks Flat and Crackenback below and back to Perisher and the Main Range.

Chalet 4 is a stand-alone, contemporary, state of the art, purpose built ski chalet with a drying room/laundry, ski/snowboard racks, a spacious kitchen/dining room, a living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, spa bath, with lots of storage and a flexible layout adaptable to the needs of family and friends.
It is an easy distance to/from the Ski Tube, restaurants and bars. And in the mornings, wake up to the wonderful views and just ski straight down to the Perisher Quad Express Chairlift.
