*Any pet that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet
*Limit of two pets.
*Due to insurance reasons, only non-aggressive dog breeds will be permitted.
*Must observe all city ordinances and beach guidelines.
*All vaccinations must be current.

Please note that this is a Short Term Rental. A $95 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $5,000 in accidental damage will be added to all rentals.

Great house! Short walk to beach!

House has 2 nice bedrooms and batbrooms downstairs and a loft upstairs with a divider. Perfect for 2 couple and a group of kiddos! Kitchen ia small but has everything you need. Easy walk across crosswalk to beach. Beautiful view of ocean from the couch!

Great location

Hard to beat the location, and the house was well-equipped and clean. Great stay. Note that the upstairs loft is really one room, with a temporary divider that can be closed. Which was fine, but not totally clear from the pictures/description.

Beautiful views 😍

The property is right on the beach with wonderful, unobstructed views! There are large tvs in every room with Roku guest mode so you can sign into all your streaming apps and keep the kids entertained when not on the beach 😀 We checked in on memorial day so the beach was pretty packed the first day but we were able to find a spot right in front of the house so it was nice going back and forth as needed and not having to lug everything with you to the beach. Great place!

Peaceful view

Staying here was absolutely fabulous. We had all the kids stay upstairs and they loved it. It was just enough room. The owner was in constant communication everyday making sure we didn’t need anything. It was really nice. The view was spectacular. We did just go after the storm so there were lots of mosquitos but with a little OFF that took care of those Vampires. It’s perfect for a getaway.

Incredible view

The property was perfect with lots of room, the upstairs is perfect for kids with the big spacious bunk beds and spiral staircase. We were able to stream a ufc fight with no lagging or issues, we talked all night on the porch with no disturbance to the guest in the living room because the sliding doors muted everything. Access to the beach is super close just recommend setting up early because for our stay the beach packed quick. Only minor inconvenience is the water hose closest to the stairs doesn’t work like it has a tear, the AC did drip but the on site staff quickly resolved it same da with little to no disturbance to us everything else was perfect. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Low Key Beach Trip

We got exactly what we needed from this property: a low key, peaceful place to stay while we enjoyed the beach. The proximity to the beach was really nice, just a quick jump over a small dune and you’re right there. The view from the small porch out front was perfect. The rooms were nice, the kitchen had the simple things we needed - really appreciated the filtered water dispenser since the water out of the tap isn’t drinkable. Only feedback for management is maybe to put some curtains in the bedrooms, it was really bright in the mornings and a little awkward changing with the other buildings so close. And although all the information given was relevant and important, fewer emails and texts would be appreciated in general. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay!
