Right on the waterfront in Wellington Marina, this holiday villa is the perfect relaxing getaway. This comfortable and stylish home has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is ideally located with water views and you have access to your own private jetty. With a fire pit in the backyard and views right down to the lake, you can keep warm while watching the sun set.


The first thing you'll notice about Edgewater Escape is the peace and quiet. Tucked away at the back of Wellington Marina, the house faces the lake and park, and has only one neighbour.

Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has king single bunk beds with a trundle. There is also a sofa bed in the second living room.

The spacious open plan living areas makes this property ideal for family getaways . The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher for your convenience .

A Large deck and outside fire pit means you are able to relax outdoors over a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

A large common bathroom and a modern en-suite off of the main bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath that will suit families with children and those who may like to sit back and relax in the tub.


The property overlooks Lake Wellington where children and adults can safely kayak, swim and play without having to worry about speed boats and jet skis buzzing past. With a 4 knot speed limit on the lake, it is only a short 2 minute ride out to the Murray River to enjoy boating and skiing. Two kayaks and four personal flotation devices ( life jackets) are provided for guests to enjoy at their own responsibility.

Under 10 minutes drive and you can get to The Bend Motorsport Park-an international award winning, state of the art, world-class motorsport facility, offering major spectator events and adrenaline filled experiences.

A short walk (or drive) will take you to the Pangarinda Botanic Garden - "Coorong's Best Kept Secret" This garden is a link in a chain of endeavor to conserve Australia's threatened flora. It is situated on 30 HA of Crown Lands, Pangarinda Drive, Wellington East, South Australia

For the lovers of food and drink, there is the Wellington Hotel on the banks for river Murray , and the pub happens to be the oldest country pub in SA. Take your car on the short ferry ride across to Wellington and enjoy a relaxing meal by the riverside. As per SA gov, there is no charge for the public to use the ferry.
