Rosella is a pet-friendly haven, combining modern architecture with country charm. Nestled within an acre of Victorian bush and manicured gardens, it's a tranquil retreat, yet minutes from Daylesford's shops and spas. This home comfortably accommodates nine guests across four bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms.

With its remote feel and close proximity to essential amenities, Rosella promises a peaceful getaway filled with lasting memories for families, friends, and their furry companions.

Provisions include a complimentary selection of black and herbal teas, instant coffee, milk, Nespresso coffee pods, and sugar. For Cooking, oil, salt & pepper are available. We also supply body wash, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies for guests. All Linen and towels are included, ensuring all your basic needs are met without any hassle.

A firewood starter kit, including kindling, wood, newspaper, and starters, enough to ignite the fireplace and bask in its ambiance.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property. Guests can park 4+ cars comfortably at the property. There is no undercover parking available. Clearance on the right entrance of the driveway may be limited by low hanging branches.
Two secured cupboards are reserved for caretakers. Linen may occasionally be placed for delivery/collection at the front of the house.

The property is not fully fenced, Kangaroos and other native wildlife may be found on the property.
The street is narrow in parts, it is not a main access way and the speed limit is 50km
Complimentary WIFI is not included in the guest tariff, while usually reliable, we cannot reimburse for service interruptions.
TV Channel signal strength may vary from time to time.
Guests are expected to clean the BBQ after use. While every attempt is made to ensure that there is gas available should the bottle run out please contact us and we will reimburse you for the cost of a swap an go replacement.
Kindly notify us promptly of any concerns, and we'll coordinate a suitable time for resolution. For urgent matters, we may attend promptly without the guest confirmation for swift resolution,
Parties/Events need prior written approval, Extra fees or damage deposits may apply.
Declare pets beforehand to avoid an undeclared pet fee of $75 per stay.
