Less than 5 minutes from the famous Hepburn Springs Bathhouse and the Daylesford main street. Great restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. You can also visit many of the natural springs and pump your own spring water, or take a walk through beautiful Victorian bushland, crossing streams, viewing waterfalls and stopping for picnics at picturesque grounds (using the picnic basket from TreeTops!). Interesting antique stores are found in the area and you'll also find plenty of bookshops, art galleries, wineries, cideries, famers markets and other attractions, all within easy drive or walk. This is truly a slice of paradise less than 90 minutes from Melbourne.
Tree Tops is an ideal base from which to explore Spa country and the nearby Goldfields

20 minutes to Trentham,
30 minutes to Castlemaine, Clunes and Creswick,

Loved our second stay at TreeTops. Tracey’s communication is quick and clear and she seems very caring. The house is so well setup, very clean, quality linens, lots of condiments, appliances etc in the kitchen, plenty of games, books, videos etc available, comfy beds, great heating. Ample comfy seating indoors and out, spa is lovely, plenty of parking space, beautiful gardens that attract wonderful local birdlife, even some gorgeous bright king parrots. Couldn’t ask for more.

Perfect weekend getaway

Had an amazing stay at TreeTops with a group of friends! We had everything we needed for the weekend, we loved making pizzas and relaxing in the spa! Everything was provided and it was a short trip into town for lunch and shopping.

Terrific Treetops

Our group of 10 including young kids had a wonderful stay. The kitchen is so well equipped! The spa was amazing and bbq was great!! Location is fantastic so close to the main town centre. Highly recommend !

Great family accommodation in Hepburn

We had a great stay at TreeTops, the house is very organised and clean and the amenities are fantastic. Got everything you need and more. The photos don’t do it justice. Would highly recommend for families. Communication from host was excellent also. Thanks guys

Hepburn getaway

a very comfortable home in a lovely setting. the house was clean modern and very well appointed. Very relaxing, we enjoyed the spa and the wood fires one inside and one on the verandah. I would highly recommend Tree Tops .

Tranquil and beautifully appointed

We stayed for two nights for our mother’s 70th. The kids loved sleeping in the “attic” and had a great time in the spa. Such a cosy house for families looking to relax and be together. I’ve never stayed anywhere as well equipped as Treetops. Kitchen had everything we could ever need (even though we didn’t do much cooking) we could have made a Christmas Dinner if we wanted. Super comfy couch, lots do entertainment wise. A really lovely property that I would definitely book again.

Beautiful house for all seasons

We had a lovely time at Treetops over a weekend where it was both hot and then rainy and cold, proving that this house is suitable for year-round getaways. The hosts are super friendly and communication was great. The house is generously stocked with all the supplies you often have to pack for other places. Highly recommend.

felt like home

Best location - beautiful home everything we needed was provided for. Huge veranda all around the house with table chairs BBQ facilities even blankets to keep warm. Home was spotless - bedrooms were spacious - beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. I will give it 5 stars out of 5:)

One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in!

We had a perfect week at Tree Tops. The location is great - it is very peaceful & private but walkable to Hepburn Springs or a 5 min drive to Daylesford. The house is bigger than it looks in the photos & the hosts have thought of everything when equipping it for visitors. The beds are very comfortable with lovely duvets & extra blankets for colder nights. We enjoyed the hot tub which is in a sheltered spot on the deck. Would highly recommend Tree tops for a relaxing holiday & would love to return

Relaxing haven in spa country

Treetops was well-equipped, very clean, thoughtfully presented for guests. A quiet neighborhood with pleasant walks from the door including access to the Goldfields Track. We had a family gathering for a week of older adults, and we enjoyed our time together, including spas, fire and an outdoor deck to sit and chat amidst the treetops. I would highly recommend Treetops.

Family Fun time

We loved how homely the property felt and the facilities we could enjoy. My only issue was that morning we were leaving, having infants up early the house was cold because we couldn't light the fire and the heating available only really heated the loft area.

Everything has been thought of!

We had a gorgeous weekend away at TreeTops (a group of friends and one baby), and really appreciated all the small touches and ammenities. The wood fire and heating, views of the bush, music and games. And especially all the stuff they have available for kids! Communication was excellent everything was easy. We hope to stay again.

Fantastic house for a fun family holiday

The hosts have thought of absolutely everything when setting this house up! Great furniture and beds, tastefully decrated with a modern kitchen. The kids loved upstairs with their own play area. All the little things were thought of eg. grey noise in each bedroom. The spa was fantastic!

New Year Getaway

Congratulations to Tracey and Rob for such a wonderful property . To provide a truly memorable experience the owners have thought through every detail that would make any family getaway very comfortable . 60th birthday

This place was perfect for our weekend away. Close to Hepburn spring and the town of Daylesford. Everything the owner has stated was there plus more, all your condiments were there. Enough wood for fireplace. The spa was ready to go. Lovely big white fluffy towels. The beds and pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on actually my whole family agreed on that one! Can’t wait to go back this the property!

Fabulously Equipped property

We stayed at this wonderfully equipped property including another family with children under 3. Communication, location (quite central, 2min drive to town) and this had everything you could think of. 4 single beds upstairs with DVD player, TV toys and books for small children. The list goes on. We loved our stay and its a credit to the owners. I will be looking to rebook in the winter too. Property was pleasantly clean throughout

For many years we have been frequent visitors to the Hepburn Springs and Daylesford region and to the goldfield towns below. Having grown up in rural Victoria, it has always been our dream to find a weekender to share with friends and family. We look forward to sharing our little slice of paradise with you.
Guests interested in a booking of 4+ days who cannot see suitable availability, please make contact. It is possible that those dates have been reserved for family use and we may be able to release them to you.

The generous sleeping accommodation, coupled with the 2 bathrooms make it a very flexible space. With 2 wood fires, 2 spilt systems, ceiling fans and central heating, climate control is well in hand.

TreeTops combines the serenity of a bush setting with a cafe and foodie lifestyle. Being situated between Hepburn Springs and Daylesford makes it in easy walking distance of both. The romance of the deck and the outdoor spa is very appealing. Star gazing the clear night skies from the spa is a must!
