Welcome to Bill's Landing Luxury Suite w/ Hot Tub

Beautifully located home with Ocean side garden suite in Granthams Landing, Gibsons. Directly across from the ocean and our Historic wharf. Five minute drive from the ferry and 30 seconds to set foot on our wonderful beach and wharf! Enjoy sweeping views of the Ocean, Mountains and Keates Island from your suite and outdoor leisure area. Hot Tub. Catch the correct tide and have a leisurely walk into historic Gibsons Landing. Close to local trails, restaurants and wonderful local merchants.
The space
Your Suite has been designed with simple luxury in mind. Two bedrooms (one Queen and one Full double), full washroom, full kitchen. We provide high thread count linens and Luxurious towels. The kitchen is stocked with basic staples and we are always available to attend to your needs.

Enjoy your private outdoor area which includes a 10x10 dining Gazebo (added June 2022) so you can comfortably enjoy the sunny days as well as the rainy ones! Your seating area includes table and chairs, BBQ and sweeping ocean and mountain views! You are surrounded by beautiful gardens and a tranquil fish pond.

To be finished late June 2022 is an outdoor shower.

We have plenty of room should you choose to bring your Kayak.

Your private covered Hot Tub and area is also beautifully landscaped and offers you infinity views of the ocean, Keates Island, Gibsons Harbor and the cut through to Vancouver Island.

We are close to wonderful hiking and trails. Your beach entry is directly across from Bill's Landing!

We provide Kuerig Coffee, full Telus Optic & High Speed WIFI. There is a TV in each bedroom and a large one in the living area. Even an XBOX if that is your thing! This is a brand new guest suite opening was September 2021.

Had a very nice stay. Bill was very accommodating. The view was great. Nice and close to town, walked to it at low tide. Loved his dog Scrappy would have taken him home if I could have gotten away with it. Would stay again. Thanks Bill. (The pickles are good thanks)

If you like rats, uneven stepping stones without a railing to gain access to the property, low door jams and ceilings that make you duck, sleeping accommodation without a door, traffic noise, and lack of privacy...then this is the place for you. On the plus side, the landscaping was spectacular and very creative. The host was very personable but had no insight into the property's issues. We decided not to stay due to above situation. Out $994.75 and no vacation to show for it. Live and learn.

Perfect spot with gorgeous view

The suite is exactly as advertised. Bill, the owner was personable and welcoming. He even brought us eggs from his hens. The beds are comfortable. If you have mobility issues, this place may provide some challenges as there is a rock path and stairs that need to be navigated. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying the Sunshine Coast

Very clean and everything you need for short or extended stay.

Cons: low ceiling, unsafe narrow road to walk to commercial/touristic part of town, narrow and steep parking place, not accessible in wheelchair. Plus: very clean, everything new, extremely nice views, jacuzzi, very niece owner that leaves upstairs that would give you all information you want at check in but will leave you alone for the rest of the stay. Overall: would highly recommend is the con above don’t bother you. Would definitely come back for second stay.

Warmth

Living in the Okanogan, which is a desert, I find the dampness in Gibsons hard to handle. Bill had no problem turning up the heat to keep this old ladies bones nice and toasty.

Beautiful Experience

We had an amazing time at Bill's Landing. Not only is the home and yard gorgeous, but Bill and his wife undoubtably care for the experience of their guests and make you feel welcome and part of the family. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. Distance to the beach, hiking trail and town is short enough to walk, which was wonderful. And the private hot tub overlooking the water under the starlight is highly recommended! Looking forward to visiting again.

Great little place

Really enjoyed our week. The gardens are gorgeous and the view is outstanding, especially from the hot tub. Only thing I would let other guests know is the ceilings are low - not designed for anyone over 5'10". Other than that, Bill is an amazing host and we would recommend his place to others.

The highlight of my vacation

Bill and Wendy were terrific hosts, they were very kind and accommodating. I loved the cottage and the view was outstanding. Staying at Bills Landing was the most enjoyable, and freeing experience. It reminded me to slow down and explore, i felt so blessed to experience the wonders and beauty that Gibsons has to offer. I will definetly be back. I love B.C.

Beautiful Spot!

We wanted a quiet get away, and we found it! Wendy & Bill are wonderful hosts, and made us feel so welcome (and so did Ted & Scrappy). The suite is beautiful, spotless, and decorated so tastefully. We sat outside and enjoyed the ocean views with our morning coffee, and capped off the evenings with a dip in the hot tub. It was a lovely getaway!

Great location and very clean

The location was minutes from the ferry and minutes from the shops and restaurants near the wharf by Molly’s Reach. The view was excellent - we sat outside drinking our coffee every morning and looking out at the ocean. The accommodations were very clean and our hosts were very helpful.
