HEATING/COOLING

The home has a beautiful gas log fire that is ducted to all bedrooms. There is also a wall mounted heater in the master bedroom. The bathrooms have underfloor heating and pedestal fans are available for each bedroom and the lounge room.

All three bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.



The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living area where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.





THE LOCATION

Only a short walk to Orange train station. A leisurely stroll down the road and you'll find yourself at Seven Miles Roaster cafe. Kinross Wolaroi School is a short 3 minute drive.



Within 4 blocks you'll be strolling through Orange's CBD with plenty of wonderful restaurants, cafe's, parks, pubs, bars and boutique shopping.



At your door step are the renowned vineyards and golf courses are as close as 10 minutes by car.
