Allamanda House presents an exceptional opportunity for a truly relaxing holiday, located just a short walk from the beach. With the beach just 100 meters away and Killick Creek at your back door, along with the village shops a mere 150 meters away, it boasts one of the best locations in Crescent Head. Once you arrive, there's no need to use your car.

Explore the area at your leisure—take a leisurely stroll to the beach, savour a cup of coffee at one of the charming cafes or bakeries, do some shopping, visit the local tavern, or engage in a game of golf, tennis, or bowls at the County Club—everything is within a few minutes' walk. Enjoy a delightful meal at one of the restaurants or have a barbecue on the serene leafy balcony upstairs, with views overlooking the creek.

Allamanda House is perfect for families and caters to both young and old. It offers ample space, making it an ideal choice for extended families, two families, or up to 12 guests. With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two kitchens complete with a dishwasher, everyone can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday with Wifi included.

David and Jenny take great pleasure in welcoming you back year after year to your beach home away from home.

Please note that the garage is not available for tenant use; however, there is ample off-street parking available. The property is also pet-friendly.

We stayed over the Christmas period. The property had everything we needed and more. Loads of space, the two kitchens we very well equipped and as an extra bonus there was a cupboard full of books and games. The owner of the property was very friendly, generous and helpful. She kindly offered us the use of her kayakes and was happy for us to check out later than the designated time.The location of the property couldn't be better. I didn't use my car once for the whole stay!I'd definitely stay at Allamanda House again.

Best location

So close to the water and a short walk to the shops and country club. The property is huge, having two kitchens and two bathrooms was great for our big family.

Favourite spot!

We have stayed many of times in this property, hence we always come back. Very central to everything. My eldest boy (28) said "i just love this house 😆 thank u again so much. We be here again next year x

Perfect location but needs upkeep

We had a great stay, perfect location, and love Crescent Head but there were a few things that could have been better. The plants outside were so over grown that we had to duck while walking in, this was a bigger issue when it was raining and there was no way to enter without wet plants hitting us. I ended up trimming the enter bush a little just to not get so wet on entry. The side bushes were growing over the concrete path also.Cleanliness. The floors had a slippery film on them making it feel gross to be bare foot. Cobwebs in corners and under things. Both of the patios were too dirty to use.The dryer did not work well and since we had rain and could not line dry we ended up leaving with wet clothing.Upstairs stove would not light so we only cooked downstairs. Home has great potential to offer amazing stays with a bit of love.

Great location. house smelt on entry, floors not clean, kitchen items dirty, but well equipped, required washing before use. Bathrooms dusty, with mould. Cobwebs throughout house. Child gate would be great at bottom of steps. Most doors don’t shut properly. Heating option would be a good addition. Also owners came and went throughout our stay, so felt invasive. Layout was great for our 3 generations of family. We had a great time, just some maintenance and cleaning would be recommended. I took my own vacuum, so feel the floors were left cleaner than on arrival. Also, as I had bought pets, I was aware I picked up previous pets poos, really difficult to find in the overgrown garden, and on the bark ground cover, so apologies if I didn’t pick all up on departure. perfect location

Easy walk to the creek, beach and shops. The house is in good shape with everything that you need, however the house was not overly clean, dirt and dust throughout. The outside needs some TLC as there is no where to sit, the garden is overgrown, we had to ask for the front grass to be mowed as it was a foot high(which the owner did straight away)

Just a little concern with downstairs kitchen with ants on top of bench tops and utensils a bit old and dated. One lounge is very uncomfortable and sinks into the middle.
