Great 23rd is a fabulously home, cosy and convenient location, on a large block with plenty of car space, walking distance to train station and local supermarket, restaurants and cafe. Only 25mins by train to city you will surely have a fantastic stay while you’re in Melbourne. This property has everything you could ask for.
The space is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.
Located in one of the best and convenient suburb in West Melbourne.
Home key features includes:
• Self check in available
• High powered reverse cycle split heating and cooling Systems
• Enough secure parking for 3 cars and plenty of off street parking available
• On a large block of land and is extremely refreshing.
• Value for your money
• Lots of beds to suit big group, with comfortable pillows mattresses
• 1 min walk to train station, 30mins to Melbourne CBD
• The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the utensils
• Washing detergent is available for use with tumble dryer combined
• Outdoor fire pit and veranda and gas BBQ available
• Cleaning fee is charged only once during your entire period of stay
(No charge for infant and kids under 2 years old)
Plus this home is so to many great cafes, restaurants and speciality stores.
House rules
Before booking please understand that this property in in a quiet residential zoning.
- No parties allowed
- Quite hours after 9pm
- If neighbours complained and local council gets involved a $600 penalty applied.
-We are strict in number of guest checking in to be matches number of guest booked. At any one point of time unless approved by host. Therefore, please confirm prior/time of booking. And only use the number of beds associated to the number of people on the booking. Additional cleaning apply if use extra beds.
-The person must respect read house manual before contacting hosts.
-$200/day penalty for smoking inside the house.
-$50/30mins for late checkout and will be liable to pay the next guest’s booking cancellation.
-$50 per key replacement
Breaking any of the above rules will result in your booking to be cancelled instantly. And any further fees including court cases will be at your own cost.
