Perfect for a couple's get-a-way or a small family vacation.Gulf Shores Plantation 3121 is a two (2) bedroom, 2 bath condo and has been recently remodeled! The galley-styled kitchen has new appliances, beautiful granite and coastal deco' throughout. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and a breakfast bar. Guest will also have access to the balcony to enjoy the views! The master bedroom has a queen size bed along with a flat screen TV and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom for guest to enjoy has a queen. Gulf Shores Plantation has 6 outdoor pools on property along with a indoor pool area that also has a hot tub, sauna, steam room and work out room.
**NO SMOKING inside unit, on balcony or outside door of all condos. Smoking area is on the first floor in the middle of building.
There are basketball courts and tennis courts. All equipment is free of charge to our guests. Gulf Shores Plantation is located in the Fort Morgan and beaches are less crowded.

Family vacation

The location was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will vacation there again! The property was nice but does need some updates done.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach was great! We cannot say that about the room. The floor felt like it could collapse at any moment while we were there. With two small children this was a major concern/hazard. There was a piece of wire sticking through the wall in the living room. There was an also two wires sticking out if the ground outside by the sidewalk that we had to walk by and continuously keep telling our children to be careful, watch out. We feel as if we are spending the money we spent to stay at your facility we shouldn’t have encountered the issues we did. Oh one more thing. I replaced the filter in the air handler because it was disgusting.

Great Family Vacation!

We have stayed at the plantation before and we love it there! The whole experience was amazing, our condo was well equipped with all the essentials you will need. Our daughter and her 2 girls came with us, and is already making plans to comeback. My husband and I are coming back next year for our anniversary, counting down the days.

Renter Beware!

Check in is 4pm CST. We arrived at 730 CST. Condo had not been cleaned....table dirty, sandy floors, used bed sheets on both beds, trash not emptied. I called and was told cleaner was in wreck and they are working on it. Finally got into room around 845 CST. I spoke to owner , Dana, about discount. I wanted cleaning + 2 nights refunded. She told me to stop arguing and hung up on me. Both tub drains were clogged entire stay, ankle deep water. Owner Dana was suppiosed to fix on Sunday. I emailed every day but no response. Called Wednesday. Said they would do a maintenance request. It was never fixed. They did refund cleaning + 1 night but I do not feel that was enough. They did notify us of the situation. They were not apologetic. And the owner, Dana Jackson, told me, the paying customer, to stop arguing with her and she hung up on me. WOW!! Customer No Service. And they claim white glove cleaning....opened the bittom drawer of over, nasty old french fries. Opened the sofa bed, it had dirty sandy sheets and there was sand and sticky notes all under couch and ottoman. I have never had such an experience at the Plantation Dunes before. We have been renting here since 2012.

Roach on the floor, floor was sinking in the main walkway. Tiles cracked and sharp on kids feet, cheap utensils that didn’t work, patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open, pull out couch was dirty and no sheets, pans were rusted an not safe to use Property: pool, beach and outdoor areas were perfect!!!
