Brand new lake house! Year built 2021. Breathtaking 30 acre estate sits on a private peninsula/point with 300 degree waterfront views. Features more than 1200 feet of water frontage. Modern open concept 3300 square foot home features spacious master bedroom with large ensuite and covered porch. Dining room seats 8 comfortably and large kitchen island seats 6+. Multiple oversized patio doors to access beautiful interlocking patio and covered porch with outdoor dining. Waterfront views throughout. This property features a newly built concrete dock approx. 70 feet x 11 feet with deep water to accommodate yachts up to 90 feet.

This is a beautiful home situated in a very secluded area with water access on the St Lawrence River. Lots of space for the 4 couples that were in our group. The master bedroom is very spacious, the other bedrooms were sparsely furnished and really not conducive to mature couples and the three couples must share the second bathroom on the upper lever. Not an issue, but to be aware. Mike (the owner) is very responsive to any queries you may have. We have submitted some improvement opportunities to him, which, once implemented will surely make you stay very memorable. There are quite a few species of fish to be caught right off the dock. All in all, a very enjoyable week.

The property was beautiful and perfectly located only a 10 minute drive from the town of Gananoque. The dock, in particular, was a standout and impressive. Having a fully functional grill made all of our meals there convenient and delicious. Mike, the host, was responsive to all of our questions in a timely manner. He even lended us two kayaks during our stay, which we put to good use. If you're visiting the area, I would definitely recommend!

Late summer trip

Wonderful location with beautiful views. The weather was nice and diving off the dock was sweet. Being able to enter through the garage made unloading a breeze ( unfortunately we showed up in a rain storm) The road from the cottage to the hwy. made for a nice morning walk. Snow geese were an absolute blessing.

Mike and family could not have been more hospitable and helpful. It’s a large open plan house with great views right on the water. We plan to return next year.

Breathtaking views

We have had an amazing stay at the property. The house is large and comfortable and takes advantage of the great views. Couldn’t have picked a more tranquil setting. The nearest town Gananoque has everything you need and the people are very friendly and welcoming. The host Mike was great he couldn’t have done anymore Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Very modern cottage with amazing view

Beautiful cottage with very accommodating host. We had a great time at Mike's cottage with my family. There was enough space for all of us to be comfortable. The kitchen and barbeque area were a dream. Only draw back was not being able to go to the water as it looked a bit risky but there was a great public beach 10 minutes away. The huge windows make this cottage breath taking but I'd recommend bringing masks for sleeping. A great stay.

Weekend cottage getaway on the Thousand Islands

Perfect location on the St. Lawrence waterfront, across from Howe Island, with easy mainland access to Gananoque (10 minutes drive). Very comfortable stay for 8 people with open kitchen/entertaining area and firepit. Basement was unfinished during stay but otherwise an ideal location for a weekend with friends in the Thousand Islands.

Amazing home, excellent hosts

This house is absolutely stunning. It is very clean and the views are spectacular. The host, Mike was super helpful and gave great activity suggestions. Book this house, you will not regret it.

Stunning location

Great location on the Bateau Channel - very close to Gan and Kingston. Swans and buffleheads hovered in open water just off shore and a bald eagle, nesting across the channel flew over many times. Regular visits from a fox and many turkeys in the bay. The house is new and really well laid out for a group of family or friends. Lots of oversized windows really define the space.

This was a wonderful (maskless!) getaway for our family. The property was absolutely ideal and exactly as described. Mike was always available to answer our questions (even on Christmas Eve!). We would love a return visit.

1 week getaway on the St. Lawrence

Mike was an excellent host and answered all inquiries promptly. The house was exactly as listed. A beautiful spacious home with a million dollar view. We enjoyed the water view from every vantage point inside and outside of the home. We also enjoyed spending time on the large beautiful dock, taking in the local wildlife and the beauty of our surroundings. The location was a 15 minute drive to the 1000 island cruise dock and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gananoque. The house and property are beautiful. Pride of ownership is on display at this location.

Relaxation at its finest!

The lakehouse met expectations and more. - The beds were incredibly comfortable. - The host(s) were incredibly responsive. - The lakehouse is incredibly relaxing. - Amenities all as described. - Close enough to Gananoque and Kingston, yet far enough away to not feel as though you are in a city. I would book again and likely will next year.
