Luxury Riverfront Vacation Cottage Located only 30 minutes from Kingston, Ontario
Secluded and Private. Ample space for social distancing for small or large family cottage rental. Guests must be respectfully of neighbors, no parties or loud noise at any time.
There are many unique benefits such as a fire pit, hot tub, pool, tennis court, ping pong table, pool table, access to the river, and lots of walking space. Not to mention 5 bathrooms and enough beds to comfortable sleep 14 people. Our cottage is close to Kingston Ontario and the famous Prince Edward County (Wine Country) where the you can find the Picton Sand Banks There is also ample parking for fisherman with many great fishing lakes around that you can easily day trip to.

This is a nice family place to get together chat and have fun
1.Check-out time is before 11am and check-in time is 4pm
2.The number of guests is fixed upon booking. If there is any change of guests or increase of the number of guests, the Tenant shall notify the owner and shall obtain the consent from the owner.
3.The person who signs the rental agreement with the owner shall email this agreement and rules and regulations of the rental property to all the guests for their review.
