Enjoy modern furnishings throughout, full kitchen facilities & both indoor & outdoor sunshine any time of year with a sunroom & outdoor courtyard. Prahran (Cato) Square & Coles supermarket less than 100m away

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We want our guests to feel additional safety during this time with the increased cleaning measures we've put in place.

The health and safety of our guests is important to us. To combat and minimise the transmission of Corona Virus (COVID-19) our housekeeping teams have increased their cleaning efforts and focus on most common touchpoints within the property like door handles, keys, lockboxes, remotes, taps, and appliances. We have also implemented best-practice cleaning procedures to eliminate cross-contamination and transmission of viruses.

Perfectly Prahran has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Enjoy a light-filled open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens up onto a small indoor sunroom or outdoor courtyard. Plenty of room to sit back and relax in this quiet location, in the heart of all Prahran has to offer.

In the bedroom you have a super comfortable queen mattress with pillows to match for a nice relaxing sleep. The bedroom has floor to ceiling wardrobes and opens to an modern ensuite with shower and European laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those looking to eat in with oven, cook-top and assortment of cooking utensils. In the living area there’s a small dining table with 4 chairs and a fold-out sofa bed/lounge (comfortable to sleep one) to relax and unwind. The lounge opens up into a small sun-room area and then out onto a private outdoor courtyard - perfect to catch some fresh air or sunshine both inside and out, all year round.

Close to Melbourne’s most vibrant fashion and food strip, the Chapel Street precinct and Prahran market, you'll be spoilt for choice when you visit this location. The buzz in the air is electric all year round with many designer labels and boutique stores at your fingertips.

If socialising is more your thing then you have plenty of options to head out for a coffee, a long breakfast, lunch or dinner while soaking in the atmosphere. There are many eating options for all sorts of budgets ranging from hipster cafes/bars to fine dining and everything in-between. It’s also a great spot for locals and tourists to head out for a drink at one of the many bars, pubs and clubs - again, all within walking distance. You'll be spoilt for choice in this location, yet the apartment is very quiet to tuck away at night.

Whether you are visiting for work or pleasure, you have easy access to public transport with the Prahran train station at the end of your street and walking distance to local tram stops.

At all of our properties we provide bed linens and bath towels.

We also provide small amounts of guest amenities to get you started for a few days. Things like tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

If you are staying for an extended period of time we would recommend bringing extras.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.

- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.

- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.

- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.

- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.

- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.

- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.

- ID is required to place your booking with us.

- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.

- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.

-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.

- Please leave the property as you found it :)

- Please turn off the AC when you go out.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.

- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.

- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.

And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
