Enter condo C303 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 3rd floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!
