Enter condo B402 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

The property was beautiful and Jan was great! Communication was great and prompt! Only complaint was there was only 1 parking pass per condo and no golf carts allowed. We had family at the near by rv park and booked this condo for the convenience only to not be able to visit at the condo due to the restrictions.

Great place with even better location!

We had an amazing stay! The location was great on Miramar beach. The best part was the beach with the free umbrella and chairs. Then we spent the nights at the pool. The place was very nice, you could tell the building was older, but the place has been updated and it had everything we needed. Kids loved the tv and cable at night with the popcorn they gave us with an insulated beach bag that got a lot of use. The owners also support an amazing charity called Sanctuary Friends that lets families affected by cancer vacation in Destin. So please support this place!

Really needs updated. Kitchen sink leaks some of the cabinets don’t close. Toilet in master bedroom runs every now and then. Just needs a little care. Still can’t complain about the views. Still enjoying staying at these condos.

Beautiful views, condo needs updating

Jan was wonderful to deal with - super helpful and responsive. The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo does need some updating, especially the cabinets and doors. A few area rugs or mat for shoes near the door would be helpful to keep the sand from being everywhere.

Beach House B402 was a nice stay, great location.

This condo was a great location, the beach was awesome one row of chair and umbrellas great for full ocean view, not crowded at all. Place needs updating, most places do. Mattress in the master was not very comfortable, has most kitchen utensils, and plateware, coffee pots, etc. This was a nice stay. The owners are very nice, attentative, allowed us to get in a couple hours early. Had a greeting gift inside. Text us to make sure all was good, so This kind of service goes a long way.

Absolutely Disappointed – Dirty, Neglected, and Not Worth the Money

We had a very disappointing experience at this condo. The overall cleanliness and condition were unacceptable and far below what we expected or paid for. Cleanliness was abysmal. Floors had a thick film that turned our feet black, and we were literally washing chunks of dirt off in the shower. Rugs in the entryways and kitchen were filthy, with food ground into them. The couch was so dirty and sunken in that my wife wouldn’t even sit on it. Crumbs were on the counters when we checked in, and the refrigerator still had dried food inside and a broken door bar. The bathrooms were unsanitary. The master bathroom had mold, and the second toilet didn’t flush—leaving us with only one usable toilet the entire stay. Appliances were neglected. The kitchen appliances were disgusting. The blender and stove were caked with old food—like something out of a horror movie. The oven light was out, and light switches were visibly grimy. Furnishings and fixtures were in bad shape. Furniture was peeling, walls were damaged and/or peeling, and there were no rugs around beds or seating areas—causing dirt to track into the beds. The bed in the master sagged horribly in the middle, making for an uncomfortable sleep. There was also a broken outlet near the couch—an actual safety hazard. Minor issues added to the frustration. The clock in the master bedroom was missing until we discovered it last-minute stuffed in a drawer. The back window was so dirty it was hard to see out of, and there was no rug in the living room area to tie the space together or make it more comfortable. Overall, this property felt neglected and poorly maintained. We expected a relaxing vacation space and instead felt uncomfortable and disappointed throughout our stay. I would not recommend this condo unless it undergoes a serious deep clean and full maintenance inspection. My parents were staying in another condo managed by the same company and it was clean and lovely. For the same price as we paid. The gift basket with buckets, cups and sunburn cream was a nice touch, but I would never stay at this unit again.

Excellent Beach; Pretty Good Condo

We travelled in July 2022. The Beach is amazing. I loved that there was only one row of beach chairs...you can see some of the other buildings will line up 3+ rows of chairs to where your ocean view is blocked by umbrellas. Not here! Also, because the Beach House has 4 buildings and not over 7 stories tall, the beach is relatively less crowded overall (vs. the high rises). This unit also came with the Beach Service (chairs) which was really nice. The condo unit itself was as-pictured and clean, although it was bit outdated (older furniture that had visible wear, patio furniture was stacked up and a little rusty...) The other minor thing that was a bit of a pain was the request to wash and DRY all towels at checkout. The reason stated was because wet towels can cause musty smell etc, but we had to do a TON of laundry the night before & morning of us leaving. (in addition to our own beach towels for the trip home.) I would stay in this Complex again simply because of the beach, but would probably try out another unit.

Just what we needed

The owner, Jan, was very accommodating and quick to address any concerns; of which there were very few. The condo is just as described and looks just like the photos, or even better. The location was PERFECT! 4th floor, right on the beach, with unobstructed views of the Gulf, and right beside the pool; which was perfect for the size of the complex. There is only one row of beach chairs and umbrellas along the shore, so there is plenty of room to play ball, throw Frisbee, etc. You'll see how good you have it here once you walk down the beach and see how densely populated the other hotel/condo beaches are. Since it is in Miramar Beach, a few miles from Destin, the traffic is not nearly as bad and there are some great places to eat (The Bay-seafood, Grimaldi's-NY style pizza, and MezCal-Mexican). We will definitely return!

Perfect View / Clean / Great Location

This was my family's first time traveling to the Miramar/Destin area and our first time staying in a condo. I must admit, I was somewhat apprehensive at first booking outside of my typical corporate hotel chain. Now, I'm not so sure I'll ever book a hotel again! The condo was exactly as advertised in the pictures, had a fabulous view and was very clean. The beach was just steps away, the pool was kept clean and the beach service was an added bonus! I really enjoyed the location of this condo as it provided private beach access, was in walking distance to a few restaurants/shops, and the grocery store was 0.5 miles away. It's also just a short drive to The Village of Baytowne Wharf which had activities for the kids, shopping and great restaurants to choose from. We were very pleased with our stay and would certainly recommend this location!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
