Come enjoy the ever changing views of the Okanagan Valley, including both Kal and Okanagan Lakes from this peaceful 1200 square foot self-contained, private entrance suite. Quick drive to Silver Star and Sovereign Lake ski resorts and a 5 minute drive into town. Main living area boasts 10 foot ceilings, fireplace and comfortable furniture. Local Art and tasteful décor throughout.

The large kitchen comes with spices, coffee/tea and a full complement of cooking utensils, pots and pans. No expense has been spared for your comfort. Exclusive use of beautiful garden and private covered deck with patio furniture and comfy swing for your enjoyment. A park below with tennis courts and a basketball hoop or walk/run the trails (Foothills Trails, Gray Canal, BX Falls). Location is everything and you will be central to most everything Vernon has to offer. Owners live on-site and are available to assist with any questions or issues.

Netflix, Amazon Prime, cable - including sports channels on a pull out TV for you to enjoy. This property meets the Principal Residence Requirement government legislation.

Beautiful suite with amazing views. Private, quiet and great location. Well appointed, Bill and Cheri thought of everything. The quail family of birds daily migration across the yard and the fruitful peach tree were some of our favorite parts. Would love to stay again, thank you for a great stay.

Our stay was great! The suite was meticulously equipped with everything we needed and the kitchen was set up with all the extras. It was very clean and the view was amazing. Bill and Cheri were very hospitable, available if needed but respectful of our privacy. It was a very comfortable stay in a beautiful suite!

I would give this property a A+, or more than 100%. It's exceptional. What I really loved about this place is that it is so spacious. A large living room with a large window and beautiful view and patio doors. So with lots of natural light. The full size kitchen with everything, YES everything you can think of, you may need. The bathroom has also everything you may need. We stayed here from 11 till 14th of July 2025. Because it is a basement suite you may want to bring a sweater and some trackpants, even though it is outside more than 30C. It has a gas fireplace. We spend our days by Kal beach. It is a very large beach at a very large lake. We didn't hear anything from the friendly owners who lived above the basement. Check in and out goes easy with a key in a lock box.

Wonderful

We enjoyed so many things while staying in your suite. Here are some of the things. Sitting in your garden enjoying the view was lovely. Your suite is clean, spacious and well stocked, the bed is comfortable and we slept well. The activity’s we enjoy like biking and hiking are easy to get to and close by. We went to the farmers market, hiked the BX trail and biked the rail trail. The only thing we regret is that we wish we had booked more nights. Catherine & Eric

Time to decompress

My hubby and I knew we needed a break, time to decompress from stressful work, and reconnect.We decided to stay within our Province and enjoy this special time.We chose this particular property initially for the space it offered, being able to sit outside in PJ’s with coffee if we chose too, Were we ever pleasantly surprised when we arrived!!The home is immaculate, plenty of space for parking, beautiful fresh flowers from the garden had been placed inside, everything about it felt cozy and welcoming.So many extras I didn’t expect were provided, from laundry soap, coffee pods, which by the way there is a Keureg as well as a traditional coffee pot, kitchen fully stocked, spices, plenty of kitchen ware, even zip lock bags, Family room was comfortable, and included Netflix and Apple TV, plenty of space to sit around and talk story.Bedroom comfortable with plenty of room, very quiet at night.And the bathroom was perfect size, many extras included if you might have forgotten something, washer and dryer were conveniently in the bath as well, along with detergent and dryer sheets.The area is amazing! We spent hours on trails, hiking and exploringIf you can’t tell, we loved every minute we spent at this rental!Bill and Cheri were amazing hosts, and we will be back again soon

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. House is very clean, tidy and everything is well organized. There is nothing that we lacked here. The scenic views anytime time of the day was a wonderful addition to our stay. We are for sure coming back here when we visit places around this area.

Lovely lovely spot!

This suite is ideal! Terrific location, and the hosts have thought of everything! It is quiet, private and comfortable, there is a stunning view and a beautiful garden to enjoy. We enjoyed the visiting duck and the family of quail as well. We hope to return to this property again.

Peaceful luxury

Quiet luxury with an amazing view!

Stayed for a few days at this suite to enjoy the skiing. Enjoyed the suite just as much! Cheri and Bill have made this a lovely place to stay. The suite is large, clean, and comes with thoughtful attention to every amenity you might need when away from home. The kitchen is large, extremely well equipped, and well lit making it easy to cook in. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is easy to make dark for sleeping. The sitting area takes in the beautiful view. Hosts were welcoming and helpful - they even sent me info on Vernon restaurants after I had left to stay at another place with friends!
