It is a beautiful new 2-bedroom basement suite situated in the Bonavista area, close to Sage creek mall which houses RBC, TD Bank, Sobeys, Shoppers drug mart, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Pizza Pizza, and other fast food joints. 13 minutes drive to the University of Manitoba, a 20-minute drive to downtown, and a 15-minute drive to Kildonan Mall which houses major stores.

The space is a tastefully furnished basement in a new house. From the sidewalk to the private entrance, this space was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. It comes with a state-of-the-art laundry room, kitchenette, spacious living area, full bath with shower panel, and many more to give you comfort and satisfaction. The basement is cool in summer, and warm in winter due to the latest building technology. You cannot miss the light signature while in this suite. The house is located in a drive with one free parking and street parking all year round (except for snow clearing). The living area comes with a large 75" Samsung Smart (UHD) TV, JBL (5.1) soundbar with access to Amazon Prime and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you entertained and work-ready. The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, fruit basket, coffee maker, and toaster with cooking utensils. Guests are also welcome to have free coffee and snacks. The leather sectional is comfortable for the family. This suite is also equipped with contactless self-check-in with keycodes and a dedicated doorbell to alert you when needed. Guest access:
While in this suite, you will be staying all by yourself and have access to everything within the suite. Your privacy is guaranteed due to the separate walkway and entrance. The following are part of the comfort units in the suite:

Room 1: 1 queen-size bed can sleep, 2 guests (or 3 kids below the age of 12).
Room 2: 1 queen-size bed can sleep, 2 guests (or 3 kids below the age of 12). The sectional is large enough for the whole family.
Queen size air bed is also available upon request for 2 extra guests (The provision of an airbed is consequent upon more than 4 guests booking).
