With space to sleep 7 guests (up to 6 adults and 1 child) fitted with great amenities, this home is perfect for your next group or family escape. Equipped with the must-have WiFi and a smart TV for entertainment and even surf boards on-site for the kids to take down to the beach.



The Space:

Spread over two levels, there is plenty of space to make yourself at home, sleeping 7 guests (up to 6 adults and 1 child). Ocean Breeze offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, separate TV lounge and light filled, open plan living / dining & a well equipped kitchen. The double story house has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.



On the ground level is two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other bedroom sleeping 3 guests, the bottom bunk being a double, the top bunk single as well as a single pull-out trundle bed. The ground floor also offers a full bathroom.



On the upper level, you will enjoy the generous living/dining / kitchen area with bi-fold doors opening on to a patio for alfresco dining and partial ocean views. The master bedroom is on the top floor, with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Wake up and step out onto your private patio to enjoy your morning coffee.



After a day on the beach or exploring the area, relax in the TV lounge, open the patio doors to let in the fresh Ocean Breeze or in winter snuggle up in-front of the gas fireplace. For convenience there is also a guest toilet on the upper level.



For the guest needing a quiet space to catch up on some work, a study room can be made available on request.

Mt Maunganui is a popular spot with the stunning, long, main beach just one house away and a short drive to the vibrant town centre with plenty of local boutiques, bars, restaurants and cafes. Be sure to head up the Mt Maunganui summit walk and enjoy 360-degree uninterrupted views of the Bay of Plenty.

NOISE: Please note there is potential for noise during weekdays as the neighbours are busy renovating their property.

COMMERCIAL LINEN & TOWELS (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee. One set of linen and bath towels are provided, but guests can order additional linen and towels at an extra cost to cover the laundering.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE: Parties and unauthorized gatherings will not be tolerated. Under no circumstances can this property be used as a venue for celebrations or events. Breach of this house rule can result in immediate cancellation without a refund. Max of 6 adults and 1 child incl infants 12 months and over.
