Set among peaceful bushland, Lemon Myrtle Lodge is a simple and comfortable two-bedroom holiday house with breathtaking views 🌊🏔 over Granite Island, the coastline, and surrounding hills.

Sleeps up to 10 guests 🛏️: one queen bedroom plus a spacious bunkroom for up to 8.

Facilities 🍳🔥: kitchenette (microwave, induction cooker, bar fridge), outdoor BBQ area, and private bathroom.

Linen 🧺: bedding and towels provided for the queen bed. Guests using the bunkroom must bring their own linen, towels, and pillows.

Style 🌸: modest, practical, and welcoming — not fancy, but perfectly suited for families, groups, and nature-lovers who value space and sensational views.

Great accommodation for a family, quiet and central to activities in Victor Harbour. Great deck for bbq and enjoying the views. Thanks for a nice stay! Hope to come back one day.

Aircon was not good, attached to thin wall, when in bedroom the vibrations shook the room , loud and noisy.Had not been swept even, found tags off clothes in main room and ear cotton cleaners under bunk beds, shower glass a bit dodgy

Christmas stay

Lovely location, great views and very quiet for a Christmas Eve to Boxing Day stay. The long table on the verandah was great for our Christmas breakfast. Good size frig and airfryer/oven very handy.

Nice little getaway

A great neat and tidy property, nice and breezy and cool in summer. Kids loved the big bunk room. Good location and all we needed for a few days.

Great Family Trip!

We had a lovely weekend away. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Beautiful location and great walking trails. The cabin and amenities clean and had everything we needed. Loved that it was dog friendly! We will certainly be back again. Thank you

Great little place to stay.

Great little place to stay and only a short drive from the main areas of Victor. Perfect for a family get away or for a group. Inside is nice and simple but also felt spacious for a smaller property. Kids loved the bunk bed room and the outside area and BBQ was quiet and tidy. Beautiful view of Granite island from the deck and were able to see some of the NYE fireworks. A few extra basics being provided for the kitchen (eg., Frying pan) would have been nice but overall would highly recommend.

Amazing views Victor

Had a nice stay. Place was ok. The main bed was broken and needs a support in the middle repaired. TV sound was poor. Other than that,the place served as required.

Fabulous views & a lovely, clean, comfortable place. The property was advertised as having an induction cooker & coffee machine- neither of which were available. Just a suggestion to perhaps provide coffee, tea, cooking oil & some basic cleaning tools for the BBQ.

The property has no bedding for my 3 children who had to spend the night huddled under towels with clothes for pillows. Despite contacting Expedia who sent an urgent email to the host requesting a remedy, leaving a written note at the office which advertised itself as “open” and the fact that we were there for 2 nights we heard nothing at all. We opted to buy sleeping bags as a last resort. Atrocious behaviour.

They had other people in our cabin double booked No contact number available anywhere Never replied to our messages regarding linen Gas bottle was empty Items listed weren’t available (coffee grinder) and linen Saving things for them was a very helpful grounds keeper that helped sort out most things that definitely not in his job description even though manager didn’t bother coming back to sort the double booking. Can’t complain about the place itself nice sight Just wasted our time waiting in our car while they removed a group of footballers from our cabin . Thought management might have at least contacted us to apologise for the stuff ups

Victor’s trip.

Terrible! House is older than in photos, over priced. No BASIC ESSENTIALS are provided such as: dish washing liquid, dish rack, hand washing liquid for the bathroom/toilet is emptied, When asked property’s manager to provide these, response was “start kit provided- not ongoing supply”. When realised no laundry basket, asked for one - no response. Bare to none supplies in the start kit though. The booking agreement only said bring your own laundry detergent. Bunks’ mattresses are dirty, thin and uncomfortable, small fees for linens applied ( to support disadvantaged kids) but towels are old and thin. Enough crockery and cutlery for 10 people but only one small pot, one medium frying pan and an electric induction cooker. There’s a gas BBQ outside but filthy. Rate for the accommodation, cleaning and service fees do not reflect the charges. Not value for money, never go back and will not recommend this place.

Our stay

It was perfect for us and the owners are very accomodating and tried to make the stay as easy as.possible for us under some bad circumstances with a family member being unwell which was the reason for our spur of the moment visit
