Perfect for our week-long vacation
We came to Colorado for a week long visit with my sister and her family. We brought our dog with us. The fenced yard was perfect! We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings when it was pleasant out. Having a garage for the car was such a bonus, too. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, yet close to restaurants and whatever you might need. The 3rd bedroom has a nice desk area for computer work or play. I would definitely suggest this property. I don't think the pictures do it justice, really, it's very nice!

Great for a week away
We stayed in Colorado for a week visiting family. We brought our dog and so having the fenced yard and a quiet neighborhood both was fantastic!

Comfortable and Quiet Neighborhood
Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and seating. Nice neighborhood with ability to take walks. Original add needs to be be clearer about the fact that the rental will be shared with other rentals downstairs. Accommodations were perfect for sharing with 3 other adult family members who were also attending our large family event. Roomy enough for privacy.

Loveland Spring Break Visit
This property served as our vacation spot for the first leg of our Spring Break Time with our kids. The house provided ample room for our dog, kids and their friends. The garage access was a very helpful feature given the storage needed for all of our winter gear - ice fishing equipment, snow shoes. The location of the house was perfect for us as we had quick access to Boyd Lake, Lon Hagler Reservoir, Horsetooth Reservoir Mountain Trails, Ft. Collins, CSU and of course local breweries. All the appliances and kitchen utensils were fine. The house really allowed us to get into the “feel” of having a home while being on vacation. We very much enjoy taking our home routine on the road with us for meal and excursion prep so this house definitely provided that. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to that area if property is available. Thanks - Dave and Heidi V.

The washing machine didn’t work which we were informed the day we arrived. Didn’t think it would matter but we would have washed towels a few days in instead of using them the entire time there. The TV Wi-Fi went out and Laura was able to get it repaired about 48 hours later. The disposal doesn’t work. But we enjoyed our time there. The size fit us well. And we enjoyed the ping pong table.
