Located on level 35 this beachfront sub penthouse is on a private floor with only one neighbour. It has over 150sqm of living space with both bathrooms fully renovated in 2021, and a huge walk in robe in the main bedroom. Sleeps 5. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in robe, brand new ensuite, balcony, and looks directly over the beach and ocean. Bedroom two has a king single bed plus a king single bunk to sleep three. Large 10 seater lounge, Samsung smart TV, renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, nespresso coffee machine, heaps of storage, and granite benchtop. Huge wrap around beachfront balcony with 8 seat balcony dining table sets this sub penthouse apart from the majority of other apartments in the building. Full unobstructed beach views front living room, kitchen and main bedroom. Free high speed internet, and in an iconic building with two heated swimming pools, spa, sauna, and tennis court, and only steps from the restaurants and vibe of Surfers. The property has two underground secure carparking spaces.

Didn’t want to leave !!

The location is obviously Beautiful … but it was the communication with Simon the cleanliness and quiet that stood out . I visit my family on a regular basis from Canada and like to start off with three days at Surfers Paradise from now on this will be my go to rentalDo not hesitate to stay here it is well worth the price

Amazing experience

After enjoying NYE in Sydney, we flew to Brisbane and made our way to Surfers Paradise and it was a delight to arrive at this fantastic apartment. The place became our sanctuary after each day’s adventure. The view from the balcony was magnificent!

An excellent stay!

A wonderful location, a wonderful view. The apartment was just like the pictures and the beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Simon was responsive to any issues we had. Overall, an excellent stay here and would stay again!

Stunner at Surfers!!

The property was all we expected and more. Prompt communication with host, easy to follow instructions for check in and car parking was a breeze. The apartment offered everything you could possibly need for a very enjoyable holiday. Located on The Esplanade Surfers Paradise it was a quick walk over to the beach. I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable and essential to everything

Very spacious, clean and lovely place, comfortable surroundings, beds were very comfortable decent size tv, great views. Very essential to everything that you need. Communication to hoist was fast and efficient and friendly. Wound definitely stay again.

Stunning views

We enjoyed staying at this spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented apartment overlooking the main beach. It was great to be able to go for a walk along the beach at night just stepping out of the building. Everything was so close by. If you enjoy being amongst the hustle and bustle and night life you will love this place!

Location locationlocation

We flew in from Canada and booked this property based on the photos. The photos are accurate and the location is spectacular! Very walkable for our family, our Starbucks addiction was satiated within a km walk and the beach was amazing! This unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The building was having some maintenance but we weren’t affected at all. When I had questions Simon responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this unit 100% Our 10 day stay was perfect and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Imperial Surf apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. The building is currently undergoing significant repair and refurbished and this did create some issues for access. Otherwise the accommodation is very good and suited us well.

Absolutely incredible!

Our stay here was awesome! The location is second to none - directly across from the beach and a couple of minutes easy, flat, stroll to Cavill Avenue. The ocean views are incredible. The kids room has both ocean and city views. The wrap around verandah is a huge asset to this building - we noticed a lot of the newer buildings no longer have verandahs. There is nothing quite like sitting out there, taking in the view and feeling that ocean breeze. There are multiple air conditioning units throughout the apartment, but we didn't need to use them, and we were up there in December in a heat wave. All we had to do was open the sliding doors in the living area and the main bedroom and the whole place was filled with beautifully cool ocean air. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook. Heaps of crockery, and plenty of supplies when we washed up each day. We took extra detergent, toilet paper and washing powder for the washing machine but we didn't need to use any of it, because the supplies provided were ample. I LOVED that salt and pepper is provided - it's always the one thing missing from other places we stay. And thank you for having a water filter! The tennis racquets and balls and beach towels were a nice touch that we appreciated. The apartment is huge and beautiful and everything from the lounge to the outdoor setting to the mattresses are so comfy. Thank you, Simon, for a wonderful stay. We hated having to leave!
