Great central location with nearby access to lots of wineries and restaurants. The property was exactly as shown online - good layout for 4 guests, very clean, and the extra's included by the host makes the property very homey and welcoming. No complaints and would definitely return for another stay.

This was a great spot in a great location!!! Very close to great restaurants and all of the wineries. It was so good having the two bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The check in was so easy.

Stan is an excellent host. He quickly responded to all my questions. The unit is exactly as described and in immaculate condition. The location ideal, close enough to old town Niagara On The Lake, but far enough away to be quiet. I will make sure to book this location again, when I’m back to visit NOTL

Lovely Place. We had a wedding to go to and the BnB was very close to everything. Very clean, hospitable host. Lots of room. We enjoyed the gazebo and gardens. The gazebo was a quiet place to sit, chat and relax.

Great property and space

The space was really well kept, it was clean and spacious. The location is a 10 minute walk to Gretzky and Trius wineries. Host is super help, would recommend this property, and I would stay again.

Great place near most of the popular wineries

Really well upkept place, super spacious, lots of amenities and really convenient location. Hosts are very nice and check in is easy. Definitely a better place than renting in Niagara and driving to/from the wineries.

Specular Property!

This was the best VRBO property we have stayed at from check in to check out. Detailed instructions were provided which covered everything you could think of. Extremely clean and modern. Everything was labeled and easy to simple to operate everything. Host was wonderful. It was great meeting him, talking, and exploring his wonderful garden. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Highly recommend

This property is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The owner is friendly and made us feel like we were staying with family. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Very homey and modern. You don’t always feel comfortable staying in someone’s home this was designed and decorated to make you feel welcome and comfortable with lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. Beautiful gazebo to sit in outside as well in a very beautiful yard space. If we are in the area we would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing. The rooms were large and very well appointed. It was so clean it looked like it was brand new. Stan, the host, was very nice and friendly, but not at all intrusive. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone. There wasn’t one negative and many, many positives! Well done, Stan!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I just stayed along with my adult son and daughter in law. We all loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean and very attractive. The beds were soooo comfortable and my daughter in law really enjoyed the claw foot tub. The best part of the stay was the hospitality of the hosts! Stan and Copca (spelling?) are lovely people! They showed us around their garden and shared their delicious vegetables with us! One small suggestion is that it would be nice to have another piece of furniture in the living room area! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

A Delightful Property Central to Wine Country

Whether your purpose is to visit all the wineries Niagara has to offer, take in shows at Shaw, or both, Stan’s property is great. Quiet, spacious and centrally located it’s good for one or two couples and both the kitchen and washrooms can’t be beat. Highly recommended.

Perfection Amidst the Vineyards

Our stay was just what we were looking for. The host was very friendly upon arrival and gave us our privacy. The unit was pristine and extremely comfortable. It is located 30 seconds off the main drag, and the majority of the restaurants and vineyards are within a 10 minute drive. Despite being located in a basement, there is plenty of light! One of the best if not the best VRBO I have rented ! Thanks for a great girls’ trip!

Outstanding apt.

Stan is the most caring host, making sure you have everything you need. The pictures do not show the attention to detail and thought design. Quite, close to vineyards and town. We will definitely be staying here again.

Truly an oasis!

Stan and his wife have truly created a beautiful retreat amidst the fabulous wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Their home is immaculately maintained as well as the property. They have thought of every amenity and still ask if you need anything else. They are the nicest people and the pride that they have in their home is quite evident. The location is so close to everything Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer. We look forward to visiting in the future and would love to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your fabulous home!!

A life coach by vocation, I have passion for hosting and accommodating people from all walks of life. My family and I immigrated from Bulgaria, Europe to Canada 22 years ago. It has always been my dream to settle later in life in Niagara on the lake, by the wineries, where summers are long and winters are mild. I dreamed to open a vacation property in the area. We purchased the property in 2018. I put all my energy and skills to renovate it. We live upstairs and we welcome guests at its lower level. While some reasonable noise from walking upstairs is expected, so far guests tell me that their experience at my home is superb. I am thrilled to provide the best time for relaxation and recharging to my soon to come new guests! Welcome and see you soon!
