There is a large bathroom with both bath and walk in shower, as well as separate toilet. The home also has a separate laundry area, fitted with both washing machine and clothes dryer for your use during your stay.

The kitchen in the centre of the home is tastefully designed with granite bench tops and equipped with all modern conveniences including a dishwasher. There is a 6 seater dining room table as well as bar stool seating at the counter. A wood heater is also available for those cooler nights.

The kitchen leads into the sunny and impressive lounge area with everything a family could want. The large L shaped leather couch is idea for your evening movies nights on the wall mounted plasma. There is also an Ipod docking station included to enjoy your favourite music. The families comfort is ensured with both gas log fire and air conditioning.

The lounge opens onto an enclosed central paved court area for evening entertaining with BBQ and outdoor dining. It also provides access to the semi detached studio. This newly built semi detached studio includes a king sized bedroom, spacious bathroom with walk in shower and kitchenette.
