Dreaming of a ski weekend where you don't have to move the car until time to go home? Got It! It's a short walk to the lodge and lifts at Timberline Mountain from this 3-bedroom home. Thanks to the ideal location you can ski all day, walk back to the house, build a warm fire and warm right up. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen it's easy to prepare a family friendly meal. Rafter dinner, relax with a soak in the hot tub while recapping the day and planning tomorrow. It's nearly the end of a perfect ski day and still, the car hasn't moved. Nice!! In every season, Snoplace Like Home offers a nice yard for snowman building or soccer ball kicking! With other rental homes nearby, SnoPlace Like Home is the ideal headquarters for low-key family reunions or friendly gatherings. Easy access year round and a quick drive to Davis, Thomas, and Blackwater Falls.

Another awesome stay at Snowplace like Home

Great location in a cute house. A short walk to the slopes, house very well stocked, close to the town of Davis and several state parks and such. I highly recommend this house.

Great Family Weekend Retreat

This year we stayed at Snoplace Like Home and it was LOVELY! The house had plenty of room for us (5 adults and 3 children). The house was well supplied. We loved the location.

Girls’ long weekend

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our time at the property but felt the pictures on the listing weren’t accurate. The house is older with lots of outdated flooring and countertops that wasn’t adequately portrayed jn the photos. The house was very musty smelling like it had been closed up for a long time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cozy, comfortable home located a very short walk from the base of the ski lifts at Timberline Mtn. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked well. There is room to store skis, poles & boots. We didn't use the hot tub. It was our first visit to the area and the management company provided several good recommendations. Would rent this property again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location for this house can't be beat. An almost on-slope experience without the same price premium! Hot tub was great. Decor is dated but cozy, and house is stocked with anything you'd ever need for cooking and family game night. Mud room is great for skiers. My only critiques would be that some things need a little refresh-- no stove vent fan and microwave on its last legs and some furnishings don't make it feel the cleanest (i.e. lots of wicker items that hold dust). But we'd definitely stay here again.

Good option at Timberline Mountain

Sno place like home was a great option for a family getaway. Not fancy but very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family to relax inside and out. The stove/oven shows its age, but the kitchen is functional with plenty of dishes, mixing bowls, pots, pans etc. We would stay there again.

Snoplace like home

We had a very nice time at this property. I have never stayed in a rental equipped with about anything you would need, which was wonderful.
