Living spaces
Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and exposed log beams frame the main living area, where large windows draw in views of the valley. Plush seating surrounds a floor-to-ceiling cast stone gas fireplace, giving you a cozy spot to relax after time on the slopes. Radiant heating keeps every room comfortable, and central air conditioning offers year-round ease when temperatures shift.
Kitchen & dining
The expanded kitchen includes quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and state-of-the-art appliances, including a gas stovetop and coffee maker. A breakfast bar provides space for casual meals, while the adjoining dining area seats eight at a long wooden table. Glass doors open to a patio for easy indoor-outdoor flow, and the connected two-car garage offers storage for skis or bikes along with an electric vehicle charger.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms across two levels accommodate a variety of group needs. The upper-level primary suite features a king bed, TV, and direct access to the rooftop patio, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a double vanity, frameless glass shower, and deep soaker tub. On the lower level, the second bedroom has a king bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms include one with a king split and another with a custom bunk bed with two twin beds over a queen. A bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower completes the level.
Outdoor living
Winter days end beautifully on the covered lower-level deck, where the private hot tub is surrounded by trees for added privacy. The brand-new rooftop patio offers sweeping mountain and valley views and is accessible directly from the primary bedroom.
