A MIXED BAG

The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, and this is not their fault but there was somebody a door or two away from me smoking ALL the dope. The stench filled the hallways. I hope those people were fined.

Zimmer umringt von Fenster und von aussen 4 grosse Scheinwerfer von einer Nachbarsfirma direct auf unser Zimmer gerichtet , Klimaanlage so laut das man sie fast nicht benutzen konnte , leider werden wir es nicht mehr buchen

A Little Misleading but Good Overall

Negatives: The room is so small it was hard to use the desk. So small there was no table to eat on. Had a broken toilet seat that was the wrong size. Images on line made the space look more luxurious. Positives: The room was very clean. The building is reasonably secure. The workout gym is amazing. The business space is very functional, quiet and inviting. Communication with management was efficient (but impersonal). I would consider using the company again.

First Night sucked!!

The property itself is just as described. It was clean and we really appreciated that. The cleaning staff was great!! They were kind enough to give us one more day of coffee supplies. We loved how everything was wrapped. Such as the towels and the kitchenette supplies. It was also great that we had internet and TV. What we did not appreciate was that on the first night another guest that was 4 units away was having a party till after 2 a.m. Not only did they have a party but the music was so loud that we could make out every word of the songs. AND they were smoking so much pot that we had it coming under our door. My husband went to the unit 308 and knocked on the door with a normal knock. They did not answer so he knocked louder. They again louder. A young woman came to the door and he asked them to keep it down. She said sure and then went on to berate him for the loud knocks and called him very ugly words. When he opened the door an actual cloud of smoke came out and engulfed him. When the smoke cleared he noticed that there were 6 or 7 underaged children in the room with what seemed to be the only adult that opened the door. We called all the numbers we had. We texted the numbers we had and heard nothing back. Due to this we will be seeking reparations. We are also Vrbo hosts and know that if this happened at one of our properties, we would do anything we could to try and make up for the inconvenience. Thank you in advance for your attention.
