The Space:

Located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, this stylish two bedroom, one bathroom apartment sits just steps from King Street Wharf and Darling Harbour, with Barangaroo, the Sydney CBD shopping and dining precincts, and Circular Quay all within easy reach. Modern comfort, an open plan layout and an unbeatable location make this the ideal base for exploring Sydney, whether you are here for a short break or a longer stay.



The open plan living and dining area features a Smart TV, a comfortable four seater lounge and a four seat glass dining table, with access out to a private balcony offering lovely views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, gas stove and oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, along with a kettle and toaster, cookware and dinnerware, oil, salt and pepper, and cleaning supplies, so you have everything you need to cook up a meal at home.



Air conditioning runs throughout the apartment for year round comfort, and a built in laundry cupboard with washing machine and dryer keeps things simple for longer stays.

We have no doubt that you will enjoy your stay at the apartment, and it has everything you need for a few days or a longer stay.

- Dedicated secure parking is hard to find in Sydney, the car space is also close to the lifts for quick unpacking once you arrive

- Good size kitchen with kitchen island and full size fridge, oven and gas hob perfect for a quiet night in.

Some home truths

- 2nd bedroom is small compared to main bedroom though it's big enough to fit a queen bed,

- Balcony doesn't have furniture on it, please note this is an completely non smoking property including inside the property, balcony and also at the front door to the building. There is a dedicated smoking 10 metres from the front. Building management are very strict and do fine which will be passed onto the guest.

There is a Minut home sensor in the living room. This reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if the smoke alarms are touched.

The Neighborhood:

Sydney CBD is a buzzing, energetic neighbourhood where skyscrapers and heritage buildings sit side by side, and there is always something going on. Living here means being just steps from the King Street Wharf promenade, Darling Harbour's waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars, and the leisure precinct of Barangaroo on the foreshore.



During the week, the city comes alive with people filling cafes and restaurants, shopping in the malls and arcades around Pitt Street Mall and the Queen Victoria Building, exploring art galleries, or relaxing in green spaces such as Hyde Park and the Royal Botanic Garden. Very easy to check-in and communicate, place was advertised, would highly recommend and would stay again. Great to do laundry there, felt safe, good water pressure in shower is always nice, AC worked great.

Great location. Great communication and responsiveness from the property manager / staff. The layout of the apartment is great and it is kept as clean as possible under the circumstances. But the carpet is filthy, the grout in the bathroom is filthy, the blinds in the living room have food stains, the ceiling fixtures have cob webs and the apartment smells musty. The AC shuts off for no reason. We didn’t stay long enough to seek remediation, but it really was disappointing given the potential for this property.

A great location and space for two travellers for a week. Walkable to most attractions, many restaurant options. Flat was modestly outfitted, and tired/worn in places (carpeting, bathroom grouting, kitchen cupboards etc).

A Darling Accommodation

My travelling companion and I very much enjoyed our stay. The property was close to the Harbor and most and the transportation options for going further afield to greater Sydney. We enjoyed seeing all there was to see and would recommend staying there.

Cleanliness and space

A deep xlean would help give the space a fresher appearance and feel. The second bedroom was very small. Otherwise a great appartment.

Unloved Apartment that will hopefully be loved going forward

Arrived at 12pm early check in paid. Place FILTHY not liveable. A 4 hour deep clean took place cleaner arrived 4pm left 8pm the property was then acceptable. Although thick dust in vents, grease on kitchen cupboards & filthy balcony remained due to too much time being encroached on our first day & evening. Maria’s great cleaning bless her, thank you very much! The door from the lounge was dangerously hanging off which I advised the agents of. We were then told best not to use as they already had plans to sort out after my 2 week stay. This is a heavy door which could have easily fallen & caused serious harm to either of us. Cooking pans (could have found better ones at a nearby dump) and the broken kitchen bin with metal sticking out were replaced. The person who initially met us with the key to the property was totally in denial of the discusting state of this flat & tried to convince me the carpets were heavily stained, the marks on the kitchen top were burnt on, the crisps & popcorn on the couch & floor were bits of fluff from the cushions was insulting. The bathroom thick with black mould & thick dust on all surfaces. BUT this was sorted out once I sent pictures to Agents who at first were very rude but eventually accepted their downfall. After the initial upset we settled in & hope the agents will now continue to keep on top of the cleanliness & maintenance of this great property, fab location for exploring with comfy beds.
