Beach Belle Apartment 6 is a 2 bedroom CBD apartment opposite Yeppoon beachfront with premium ocean views.

There is 1 queen bedroom plus 2 single beds in second bedroom, under shade car park for one vehicle or use the multi storey car park nearby for your 2nd vehicle.

The enclosed balcony has direct views of Yeppoon main beach and the Keppel Kracken water park - fantastic for people watching!

Shared laundry on ground floor of complex.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own toiletries and beach towels.

Unit overlooks the Keppel Kraken waterpark area of Yeppoon’s main beach. It was very centrally located and an easy stroll for all of our activities ensuring a pleasant stay.

Perfect location

We had a lovely stay, apartment was very quaint & clean, equipped with all that you need in a perfect location close to beach, cafes/restaurants and shops. Our only negative was noise from the upstairs apartment. Even with the noise issue we would definately stay again.

What an amazing location! Right on the Esplanade and walking distance to the shops, beach, and Lagoon. Everything at your doorstep. Property is so nice with everything you need including a kitchen living room, lovely sun room and laundry. Nicely decorated, clean and homely

From the minute we walked in the door we fell in love with the place. Coming from a cold climate we were looking forward to feeling like we were at the beach in a proper beach home and that is exactly how we felt. Clean, comfortable and in a great location and totally fell in love with the front closed in balcony and being able to sit and watch the beautiful view. Great location, close to everything we needed.

Great location if you want to be close to the Esplanade. Lack of provisions such as toilet paper and tea and coffee was inconvenient. No streaming services provided on the TV. The unit was not cleaned well. Every noise from upstairs apartment can be heard, which would be fine if the residents weren't intoxicated and obnoxious until late into the evening. It would have been better if the little things were improved.

Great Position, water front,walking distance to town centre.

Our stay was most enjoyable, the unit was relatively clean - (Windows and fly screens need a good clean) - a great view on the waterfront, walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurant. Check in process a pain and the unit above us were stomping around like a herd of elephants. Appart from that, all good.

Excellent location close to the main Street and restaurants and opposite beach with views!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. The self-contained unit was perfect. Walking distance to all the action of the main street and restaurants and opposite the beach. From our bed in the morning we watched sunrise over the water, just beautiful. The under cover car space on site was handy too. I can not speak highly enough of Sofia from Ray white who assisted us in finding this gem as accommodation I booked over a year ago for Beef week cancelled on us just over a week from when we were to leave. I believe they cancelled on us to attract a $ for the week and luckily for us Sofia helped us with the refund and also found us this accommodation which in our opining was better than what we originally booked. We will definitely use Sofia from Ray White and would stay again as it felt really spacious and homely. Kelly and Phil

Great little spot in the centre of town

Great little apartment if you don't want to walk the big hill! Central location, opposite the Keppel Bay water park. No wifi or washing machine in the unit however there was a note advising there is a communal washer downstairs that is free to use. We couldn't time it with our plans to use it when it wasn't being used by others. The apartment had everything we needed. The tea & Coffee selection could do with a bit of a cleanup (lots of leftover satchels left behind from others). We spent most of our trip dining out and seeing the sights, when we were back at the room it was nice to people watch from the window. Well priced for the location and amenities. If you are looking for a short getaway as a family this place does the trick. Thanks for having us!

We needed to wash most of the dishes as they were not clean. The floor had dirt and fluff on it, and there was a leak in the roof on the veranda. Considering you charge a cleaning fee, I was disappointed at the condition of the unit.

Clean and comfortable

A comfortable little unit, beds reasonably comfortable and enough space for 3-4. Sunroom is lovely with a view over the beach and main road. Do be prepared for a lot of noise including late night pedestrians especially weekends- it’s an old building so not at all soundproof. So convenient though and close to everything especially with children.
