There are two separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, so each group can enjoy their own space.

Located upstairs is the large master bedroom with its own private balcony and a large master ensuite with deep bath, shower and toilet. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is bright and welcoming, offering plenty of space for everyone, with a Smart TV for added comfort. There is a study as well as free Wi-Fi throughout which is available for your use too! Downstairs consists of the three remaining bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and built in robes and a further two bathrooms. The downstairs living area opens out on both sides to two lovely decked areas each with an outdoor setting, one with a BBQ.

A separate games shed is ready and waiting, fully stocked with a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and darts, guaranteeing fun for all ages. On the ground level there is a separate fully self contained area which is perfectly suited to your grand parents, or the couple that would like some additional privacy. This consists of an open plan living and dining area with a fridge. Beautiful floorboards throughout, a Queen sized bedroom and a large bathroom with a bath, shower and washing machine.
