- 30 mins drive to Downtown Toronto.
- Steps away from public transport, Hwy 407, Shopping centers /food courts, and well connected to all major highways.
- You will find the home spotlessly clean and find everything you reasonably need for a great experience. That's our promise! :)
** We call PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS to clean the guest space.
** We use a HIGH-END air purifier each time when a guest checks out to remove fine dust, hair, pollens to avoid allergy and the bad odor naturally.
** We wash guest linen, beddings, towels using HIGH-END natural detergents for your comfortable stay :)
- 2 Bedroom, 1 Living Room, 1 Washroom, 1 Kitchenette (inclusive of Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Machine), and 1 Laundry room
- The entire basement is your apartment with a separate entrance through the Garage which is easy & spacious controlled by a passcode
- High-Speed Wi-Fi
- Free Laundry (Washer and Dryer) for the Guest
- There is bright sensor light installed on the path to the outside entrance for your safety
- 1 Free Parking within premises
- Highly secured and safe (Camera are installed all over the property for your safety)
- Long Term Rental is available for a better price
- We can accommodate up to 5 guests for a better price
- Cooking is allowed (we will provide induction stove) ONLY for Long term rental (beyond 10days)
- Separate guest entrance to Backyard for your relaxation and fresh air.
House Rules:
We are committed to providing a 'HOME away from HOME' Experience. These rules are only to provide every guest with a great experience. :)
1. No Smoking, Loud Music or Partying.
2. Pets: 1 guest can bring a max of 1 Dog or 1 Cat for FREE. :) More than the mentioned pet, guests will incur 25$ a day for each pet.
3. Pets are allowed to play in the yard but NO pee/poop in the front/back yard as it kills plants/soil. We want the guests to enjoy the space. :)
4. Outside Shoes must be kept in the designated area.
5. Home must be kept clean, stains (coffee/drinks/food) on the bed, couch, chair, floor, etc will incur a minimum charge of 25$.
6. All outside doors (access to backyard/front yard) must be closed at all times to avoid pests entering the premises.
7. STRICTLY - No Drugs, marijuana / Weed/ hookah INSIDE/OUTSIDE the premises.
8. If there is an unregistered guest for more than 2-3hours, there will be a charge of 25$ per person.
9. Any damages must be compensated adequately.
