Stylish, furnished apartment is conveniently located only 150m walk to UWA (University of Western Australia), 250m to Broadway Fair Shopping Centre, 4km to Kings Park (Poole Ave entry) and 4km to Claremont Quarters and Subiaco Shopping Centres. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars close and a short drive to Northbridge, Leederville and Subiaco restaurant/bar/cafe locations. The home is also ideally located within close proximity to public transport (100m), Perth's major medical facilities and the States Tertiary Medical Institutions (University affiliated hospitals), including Sir Charles Gardner Hospital, QEII, Hollywood Private Hospital, Perth’s Children’s Hospital, King Edward Memorial Women’s Hospital and St John of God’s Hospital.

Guests must provide photo ID and selfie to host (Qualitystays) as requirement from Property Management Company for using the apartment for short term rental. This ensures safety and security for all guests and apartment owners. Photo Id's will be deleted on checkout. Guests can upload the photo ID and selfie to the check in form or by sending a message on the booking platform or email us.
Guests must not move furniture around. It is expected that the guests will treat the property with respect and care. This includes keeping it clean and tidy, reporting any damages promptly, and leaving the property in the same condition you found it.
Guests who have gatherings and parties and are asked to leave will not receive a refund.
If a guest cancels their booking a refund will be given based on the refund policy, but we reserve the right to withhold a certain percentage of the payment if a third party processing fee is incurred by us, as a result of cancellation.
Guests will incur a fee of $100 to replace a key.

Surprisingly good
I had to make the booking at short notice
The apartment block is not all that appealing, a typical older Nedlands/Crawley.However the apartment internally was very acceptable with reasonably new kitchen and bathroom. It was very well equipped in fact almost more than required and perhaps a bit cluttered and I liked the nifty little key pad door lock arrangement. Well located near to Broadway Fair Shopping Centre and the river.

10 weeks stay
to have been purchased from a second hand shop . Minimal expenditure has been made in the property, which was reflected in
1 ) Rechargeable vacuum not working and replacement given would of been more suited for a dolls house
2) The fans/light didn’t work in both rooms on arrival
3) The fly screen in bathroom was broken which allowed masses of wasps into the bathroom
4) The boiler ceased working meaning no hot water for nearly 2 days
All the above reflective of minimal investment/ maintenance
What made it worse was the rental costs were far in excess of the quality of the sad property
Ideal for a very short stay any longer give it a very wide berth
Best part was the free wine and saying goodbye
