Beautifully Updated One Bedroom Villa Great for a Couples Getaway!

This wonderfully updated one-bedroom St. Andrews Villa would be perfect for a couple's getaway!

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen bar seats three. The kitchen will be fully-equipped making cooking at home an easy task! The adjoining dining area table seats four. The living area is nicely decorated and is outfitted with an HDTV.

Completing this single-level villa is the primary bedroom with its king bed, HDTV, and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom consists of an elegant custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Outside you can enjoy a private patio with an outdoor dining area seating four! The St. Andrews pool is just a short walk away! The beach within Palmetto Dunes can be accessed within a couple of minutes by vehicle, ten minutes by bike, or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a seasonal, on-call shuttle service located within the resort.

Creepy that an exterminator came in to spray insecticide everywhere.Obnoxious family with noisy dog above me... WTF

Dear Richard, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that mattress comfort is so important, it also differs among individuals. We are sorry that you did not find this one to your liking. Sorry for any miscommunication on the exterminating schedule, we do post the dates so that everyone is aware. When dealing with third party vendors, our hands are tied. We are sorry that it made you uncomfortable. Please know that you are always welcome to call us with any issues that you have during your stay. We would have done our best to rectify the barking dog issue while you were here. We do not manage all properties within the Resort, but Security could have been called to reach out to that person. -Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort

Sometime we stay for a week, just the two of us. St. Andrew’s commons is a perfect location for the smaller groups. It is quiet and beautiful. A great location, close to everything you need.

We were so pleased with the price, the cleanliness, the location (Palmetto Dunes is awesome),the bed was so comfortable and the amenities were perfect! The space is very outdated and visibly worn. Even the exterior could use a bit of TLC.

We called the 2nd day and reported it and NO ONE fixed it!
