The Space:
As soon as you arrive at Beach Flower, you are welcomed in by the farmer porch with seating for four to relax with your favorite chilled beverage and watch the world go by. Enter the three-bedroom home and you will find a spacious living area with plenty of room for the family to enjoy a night of board games or movie streaming on the smart TV.


Adjacent to the front living room, you’ll find the dining area with a banquet table that seats six as well as the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the wares needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Guests can access the private backyard through the back door located in the kitchen. The large, level backyard, which is perfect for lawn games (bring your favorites), features a patio area with a picnic table and a charcoal grill (don’t forget to bring your own charcoal), plus an enclosed outdoor shower and a fire pit for chilly nights.

The single-floor home has three bedrooms: the primary bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath with a shower; a second bedroom facing the front of the home features a king bed; and the last bedroom has two twin beds.
Leave your car in the driveway and walk to Kingsbury Beach, only seven minutes down the street. The beautiful bayside beach is great for walking and catching nightly sunsets. Other nearby attractions include well-known and well-liked breakfast spot, The Hole in One, and the Red Barn, a casual pizza spot.

We had an amazing stay! Location is PERFECTION if you are like my family and don’t like to get in the car everyday to go to the beach. Easy walk to Wiley Park and Kingsbury Beach. We really enjoyed the fire pit area and the home was spacious for my group to sleep comfortably and relax.

Close proximity to our event and room for all of us to stay. Lots of great linens decent beds plenty of heat and hot water. The outside fire pit looked fantastic. We just didn’t utilize it.

Location was perfect

We had a lovely off season stay. The location was perfect for exploring the cape. It is a short walk to the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. The house was clean and met our expectations, and would choose it again if we returned to the area.

A nice house, exactly as shown

This was an enjoyable vacation for us, and the house was well fitted with amenities as listed. Quick reactions by the property manager when there was a challenge (light bulb out) and the toaster was freaky but overall it was nice.

Kingsbury Beach House

We loved the proximity to the beach especially for sunsets. The house has a lot of windows and feels very light. The firepit was a nice bonus.

Great stay, well stocked kitchen!

We were planning on doing a lot of cooking during our stay and worried we’d need to run out and grab some items that we might have needed. In terms of utensils etc, this house had it all! Very comfortable home, easy walk to the beach, comfortable amenities. We loved our stay!

Enjoyed the Beach Rose

Property was just as illustrated and described. We enjoyed the location which was so close to the beach, Wiley Park and shops/restaurants. The house ticked all our boxes in terms of having central air, outdoor shower and we appreciated having linens and towels provided.

Everything was very nice and just as advertised. Easy walk to beach and pond. Quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of maintenance problems that were addressed by Del Mar.

Loved it!

The house is exactly as advertised. So awesome to be walking distance from: bike/hike trail, pond with great beach AND ocean. Fire pit was lovely and kitchen handily stocked with pots/utensils. The house is open and airy and the full house AC was awesome. We would rent this home again.

Vacation

We had an awesome time staying here. It was walking distance to a dog friendly beach (through June 15th at least). The low tide was really cool and perfect for our one year old to splash in the little pools. We loved the Mass Audubon hiking and proximity to the national seashore. The house was clean with plenty of room for our little one to walk around. No pantry items so if you are planning on cooking you would need to buy oil etc.. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Clean, has everything we needed - accurate description

This place was the cleanest place we've ever stayed at - spotless. Had a new, clean coffee pot, new bottle of dish detergent, new sponge in the cellophane wrapper, dishes all in the right places, all the stuff we needed to cook. The floors are all ceramic and made it seem nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The beach was close by, and PB Boulangerie is open most days (even in April). Smaller shower in back bedroom, but usable. Washer & dryer in basement thru bulkhead - but it's there. I'm sure the outdoor shower will be useful over the summer! We, however, used the heat which works well... Fully accurate description. Best experience we've had with rentals.

Great rental experience!

Perfect location, quiet and private, walking distance to bay beach and ponds. Quick drive to Orleans and Wellfleet dining and ocean beaches. Spotless house. Big property, we enjoyed the fire pit. It was early autumn and chilly but the back deck stays toasty warm during the day. The Del Mar rental crew was very attentive and accommodating. For example, our coffee pot broke Saturday morning and after one text they were there in a jiffy with a new one! What?! Only good things to say here.

Great House and Location in Eastham

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The fresh water pond is a 8 minute walk and Kingsbury beach 12 minutes. The Cape cod Bike path just up the road. A quick car drive to 3 sisters beach for the iconic cape cod Atlantic ocean cliffs. We brought our corn hole game and backyard was perfect for it. The backyard is open but at the same time it feels secluded. We were star gazing and were able to see the milky way as well as the International space station. The whole house AC works evenly. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable. Living room and dining room comfortable and cozy. There is plenty of closet space throughout the house. We asked for and was granted a late check out, which we appreciated. I think next year we will stay for two weeks!

Fantastic location and brand new feeling home

The house is fantastic. Walking distance to a pond for swimming and the bay. The home felt like no one had ever been there thanks to the cleanliness of the crew and all the new interior furniture and supplies. If you have a plug in car there’s not an outdoor outlet and the laundry room is in the basement accessed through a hatch with steep steps.
