Sunny self contained LOFT near Bondi Beach -AC-Aspect

Private LOFT - accessed through our home front door - but the rest is up to you. Its private and secluded from the house. Keep to yourselves or mingle - whatever suits your mood.

The loft is a great size , airy, well appointed with its own bathroom and balcony.

A comfortable Queen sized bed ensures a relaxed nights sleep after your busy day enjoying the local amenities - beach, cafes, restaurants, walks


Large private loft with your own modern bathroom and sun drenched balcony. Situated on the cliffs above Bondi Beach - just a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk down the hill to the surf and the buzz of Bondi Beach. The loft is light and breezy - beautifully appointed with air conditioning. large screen TV, free high speed WiFi, modern beach house furnishings and a friendly family downstairs. We can accommodate 2 people with the Queen sized bed . No private access.

No kitchen but a toaster, fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils are provided.

Bondi is full of great cafes and restaurants and we will gladly point you in the right direction - I think we've tried most! Breakfast is a special treat on the weekends and there are many great places to try.

If you have a car there is plenty of free street parking. There is a bus stop outside the house for easy access to Bondi , Bondi Junction ( the Hub ) , the City or Watson's Bay.

The area is full of things to do - an early morning dip at the beach is quite an experience, the Bondi to Bronte walk is stunning, Watson's Bay and Rose Bay are close and gorgeous and of course there is the art of watching - 'people' from the many great local eateries and 'whales' during the migration seasons.You choose - and we will gladly point you in the right direction.

The city is a short bus ride away - but why not go in by ferry boat - only 20 minutes and you get to see the harbour, the Bridge and the Opera House for a few dollars.

We have the convenience of Bondi and the Eastern Suburbs without the hassle of being on the beach strip. We would love
to have you stay - look forward to hearing from you.

If you are staying for a week or more, we provide a free weekly linen and towel cleaning service along with a full room clean each fortnight.

Our laundry is unavailable - but there is a laundromat down the road

we had a great stay, the property has great access to local public transport, within walking distance of Bondi Beach and some great scenic walks. The accommodation is very spacious and the owners are very friendly with a great local knowledge and have provided everything you need for your stay

Great choice! hosts were very kind, welcoming and easy going. location is amazing with a bus stop just outside and just 20 min walk to bondi beach! great amenities with kitchenette and own bathroom including toilet and shower. Short stay in Sydney

The top floor of a home in a quiet residential area, very pleasant welcoming owners. It was in easy reach of both Bondi and Rose Bay, about 20 minutes walk. The room was comfortable, light and airy. Parking nearby.

Sunlit, spacious and comfortable

We had a lovely weekend staying in Rick’s loft apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the room was light and airy and Rick was a friendly, welcoming host. We’ve stayed in quite a few places in the Bondi area and this is our favourite. We’ll definitely stay here again!

A peaceful, convenient and relaxing place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at Dover Heights immensely. The loft is large, homely and very bright. There were clearly written instructions on how to use the space which we appreciated. Our host, Rick, was very helpful and discreet. The property was lovely and conveniently located and we felt safe in their home. We would be very happy to stay there again when we next visit.

My Stay

Hosts were excellent, location is very good, approx 15 minute walk to Bondi beach. Can take a bus if you like.Did not realize that we were getting just one room on the second floor and hosts were living in the same house.The room was just fine though and we really enjoyed our stay.

This is NOT a conveniently walkable location. You have to walk 15 minutes down a steep hill, drive or call an uber or pick up a public bike to get to Bondi beach. There is a cliff walk and nice views of downtown nearby in the neighborhood though. No real contact with owners, though we met briefly and pleasantly. The room has a balcony but otherwise has no windows.

My wife and I loved this Dover Heights loft. Rick and Sue are great hosts, and their loft was perfect for our North Bondi visit. The loft really looks exactly like the photos. It's also comfortable and well stocked with useful things. All in all, we're delighted to have stayed there.

Great, relatively affordable place in Sydney suburb about 15 minutes bus ride to Watson's Bay. Catch Watson's Bay public ferry to Rose Bay and Circular Quay.
