2 Bedroom Apartment in the heart of Airlie Beach with beautiful water views.

This apartment features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, and is furnished in the Bohemian Style throughout. The master bedroom is fully airconditioned and has a king size bed and an ensuite with a full size bath with stunning views out to the Coral Sea. The second bedroom is fully airconditioned and has 2 x single beds that can be made up into a king bed on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher & coffee machine.  The main living area has a flat screen TV and Free unlimited WiFi. This lounge room spills out on to your own private undercover deck equipped with BBQ and outdoor furniture.

This property offers a laundry equipped with a washer & dryer, 1 secure undercover car space, swimming pool and has an elevator to take you to your floor.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

Relaxing Getaway with great ocean views.

We loved this apartment great for our family getaway. Beautifully styled with great views. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket...although the hill was a fun challenge! Everything we needed!

Excellent Experience

Very nice location but some comforts were missing mainly Comfortable lounge chairs for 3 people, otherwise everything was fine with a new fridge delivered after problems with the old one thank you.

But being so high up meant we had fabulous views. Apartment clean, spacious and comfy and had everything we needed. The apartment complex itself could use a bit of maintenance and cleaning though. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The warm, ten days, we experienced whilst staying at he Bohemian Sunrise apartment in Airlie Beach were unforgettable. To wake up each morning to a fabulous sunrise and that wonderful view of Airlie Bay and enjoy our breakfast on the sunny balcony was far more than we had anticipated. Just a few minutes from Seaview Drive to Main Street where there are numerous eating and coffee places along with a delightful board walk toward the Coral Sea Marina and Sorrento Restaurant - made this location so convenient. We loved every minute of our stay at Bohemian Sunrise.We must add that the glass screen in the ensuite bathroom was in a terrible state (uncleaned for some time)- so much so we decided to use the alternative bathroom. The curtains in the main bedroom were in need of reattachment and we (elderly 80 year olds) thought it would be invaluable to have a trolly (similar to a shopping trolly) available to transfer luggage and other items from the carpark to the apartment and likewise from the apartment to the car park. We provide this feedback as we believe the experience could be even better that the fantastic time we had at Bohemian Sunrise.

The entrance to the building was disgusting, the outdoor carpet was filthy and mouldy. The configuration of the apartment was such that there was no privacy. All of the balcony's joined together so when sitting outside, the people on the next balcony were only couple of metres away with no partition, it was like sitting with them. The rooms smelled musty and damp. The nightclubs went until 3 in the morning!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this accommodation. However we had to call the agency regarding the ant infestation to all rooms. We also found that the dish washer, washing machine and dryer filters had not been touched. The position of this unit was great. The views were suberb. Having 4 adults in this unit , we found that the lounge seating was only for 3. We had to spend our money on cleaning products and ant baits. Our first 2 days were disappointing but then enjoyed the rest of our holidays. Would we recommend this place? Yes. Airlie Beach Rentals were so accommodating with our problems and went out of their way to fix all. We would come back.
