Marina Place is the ideal, affordable Colorado getaway for family and friends. Equipped for time together – there's the well-stocked kitchen, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with Wood Burning fireplace, smart TV, and plenty of room to spread out – the home also offers room for everyone: two full bedrooms, and 2 full baths, not to mention the views! We offer fast Internet speed and cable.
Scenic Dillon is minutes from everything and Marina Place is just a free shuttle ride (half a block away) to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 11.9 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June!
Parking: assigned tandem spaces for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Low Clearance/Narrow tandem parking - racks or pods on car roof may not fit. No on-street parking, boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs allowed.
This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Beautiful views of Tenderfoot Mountain and Ten Mile Range. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning.

The parking spot is so narrow that it was difficult getting my Honda Accord inside and unfortunately we scraped a part of the car. So now we have wonderful little marks along the back end. We ended up parking the SUV in paid parking because we were afraid it would get towed, and it definitely wasn't fitting, and then it was nowhere else to park it. The rest of the place was really nice. Everything was clean and there were plenty of dishes to use. It did have a decent view of the lake and a mountain. I would have preferred more towels. They only gave enough for each person and they weren't really white. It was slightly a problem because we were there for a week. I decided to just go and buy some towels and then also a cushion topper for the bed because the master bedroom was uncomfortable but it was tolerable the cushion just made it very nice. I doubt I would ever stay there again because of the parking.

Booked the condo for President's Day Weekend to be close to the Lake Dillon Marina for the CO Pond Hockey tournament. Location was fantastic and would highly recommend for future trips -- easy walk to the marina with two covered parking spaces.
Inside was spacious, clean and updated (lots of rentals in the area give off strong 70s / 80s vibes, not this one!). Enjoyed the shared hot tub / pool / spa as well.

Perfectly adequate
This is a place that will get you near multiple ski resorts. It had just enough room and just enough of everything we needed to make our trip just fine. There were multiple occasions where if there is just a little more X it would’ve been nicer. For instance, there were exactly enough towels to have 1 towel per person and none to spare to use the pool. But the space was clean and as advertised. Communication with the manager was satisfactory and even allowed us to move our reservation a day when our flight was cancelled.

Perfect location
We had amazing access to the marina for the youth pond hockey. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The use of the kitchen made things easier for meal prep and saved us from eating out too much. The shower was a little questionale as far as cleaniness and same with some of the cooking utensils. There was also existing damage that we reported. My only "complaint" was sometimes the neighboring condo had people playing music pretty loud during the quiet hours that disrupted our sleep both nights. Also access to the pool between buildings 1 and 2 was a little hard to get to in the snow and icy parking lot and the hot tubs by building 3 and 4 were closed off. Other than these flaws we had a good stay overall.

Feb 2022 stay
Great location and price for property. Upon arrival there were a couple things of trash left behind from the previous people. Not a big deal as we can easily pick up things. However the master bedroom shower was broken. I reached out to management within 10 min of checking in to let them know it was broken. I never received a response back from them. This was the only downfall as our group of 7 had to use the one shower the whole weekend. Overall it was a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Would have put a 5 star if the management team would have tried to fix it while we were there. Hopefully it was fixed before the next group of people.

Condo is great, management is not
Condo itself is great, furniture and appliances all seemed to be in good condition. Windows and doors all worked well.No softsoap dispensers anywhere, only cheap hotel bar soap. No soap near the kitchen sink except for dish washing soap. When I rent on VRBO, I want something that feels like home, not a motel.The parking space for this unit has lower clearance than the others, so you may not be able to pull in with anything on the roof of your vehicle. This is not in the listing but the check-in instructions make it clear that this is your problem and not theirs.Management is poor and outsourced. They won't communicate using VRBO. I called the number given in the check-in instructions and they didn't answer, however I then received a text message from an unknown number offering to help. Wouldn't help me with parking due to my cartop carrier. I asked if there was a snowshovel to clear area around the door, got a non-answer and then later found a snow shovel in the closet. I also now receive unsolicited advertising emails from iTrip, their management platform.The check-in instructions refer to an elevator on the opposite end of the building even though this unit is the one closest to the streetside end, with a door near ground, 15 feet from where you can unload your vehicle. The listing also incorrectly states that the parking is on the opposite side of the building, when it is in fact directly under the unit, just around the side of the building from the front door.
